Penataan Kawasan Masjid Pathok Negoro Plosokuning berdasarkan Pendekatan "Collective Memory"

Masjid-masjid Pathok Negoro adalah salah satu dari banyaknya warisan budaya di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang memiliki arti penting yang kuat bagi Masyarakat Yogyakarta. Letak masjid-masjid pathok negoro menyebar di empat arah mata angin yang berpusat di Kuthagara yang berlokasi di Masjid Agung Keraton Yogyakarta. Pathok Negoro Plosokuning memiliki keutamaan yaitu mejadi salah satu pathok negoro yang didirikan sebelum Keraton Y ogyakarta berdiri, yang masih terawatt keasliannya, serta masih mempertahankan budaya dan tradisi yang telah melekat dalam kehidupan masyarakatnya. Sebagai kawasan yang memiliki nilai sejarah, kawasan Masjid Pathok Negoro menjadi salah satu penanda Keistimewaan Kota Yogyakarta yang dibangun atas dasar konsep sosio kultural dan religi, terdapat berbagai dukungan dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat untuk melestarikan identitas kawasan ini. Penelitian collective memory ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menemukenali identitas kawasan Pathok Negoro Plosokuning (ruang kawasan, arsitektur bangunan, aktivitas) melalui eksplorasi fragmen-fragmen memori yang masih melekat di dalam kawasan, serta fragmen memori tekstual, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam merumuskan dan menentukan arahan penataan kawasan Masjid Pathok Negoro Plosokuning dalam konteks masa kini dan masa depan sesuai dengan kontekstualitas kebutuhan dan permasalahan kawasan yang ada, sebagai salah satu wujud dalam upaya pelestarian dan pewarisan budaya Yogyakarta untuk memaknai kembali roh Keistimewaan yang mewujud dalam komponen ruang Kota Yogyakarta.

Pathok Negoro is one of the many cultural heritages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. It has strong significance for the Yogyakarta Community. The location of Pathok Negoro mosques spread in four directions which is centered in Kuthagara that located in the Great Mosque of Yogyakarta Palace. Pathok Negoro Plosokuning has the virtue of being one of the pathok negoro which was established before the Yogyakarta Palace was built, which is still maintained by its authenticity, and also still maintains the culture and traditions that have been inherent in the lives of the people. As a historical area, the Pathok Negoro Mosque district is one of the hallmarks of Yogyakarta City which is built based on socio-cultural and religious concepts, moreover, there are various supports from the government and the community to preserve the identity of this district. This collective memory research aims to identify the identity of the Pathok Negoro Plosokuning area by its regional space, building architecture, and activity. It conducted through exploration of memory fragments that are still inherent in the community, as well as textual memory fragments, so that it can be used as the basis to formulate and determine the design guideline of Pathok Negoro Plosokuning Mosque district in the present and future context in accordance with the existing context as one of the manifestations in the efforts to preserve and inherit the local culture, and also to reinterpret the spirit of privileges that manifest in the components of Yogyakarta City space.
