KINERJA AYAM PETELUR FASE PERTUMBUHAN YANG DIBERI PAKAN CAMPURAN POLLARD DAN ASAM AMINO

2004 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja ayam petelur fase pertumbuhan (6-14 minggu) yang diberi pakan dengan campuran pollard dan asam amino ( metioin, treonin, lisin dan triptophan). Sehanvak 216 ekor ayam petelur strain Lohmann umur 6 minggu yang dibagi secara acak menjadi empat kelompok perlakuan, tiap perlakuan terdiri dari tiga ulangan dan tiap ulangan terdiri dari 18 ekor. Kelompok perlakuan berturut-turut adalah : R-0 (pakan tanpa pollard dan asam amino) ; R-l (pollard 10%+0,5 AA); R-2 ( pollard 20%+0, 5 AA) ; R-3 ( pollard 30%+0,5 AA ). Data yang diambil meliputi konsumsi pakan, konversi pakan serta bobot badan. Analisis data dengan uji analisis variansi dari rancangan acak lengkap pola searah dengan unequal data dan dilanjutkan dengan Duncants Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil yang diperoleh berturut-turut adalah sebagai berikut : rerata konsumsi pakan 73, 42, 76,75, 73,54 dan 75,08 (g/ekor/hari) , konversi pakan 5,98, 5,54, 5,53 dan 5.85, bobot badan akhir 1038,75, 1160,78, 1142,62 dan 1077,45(gram). Penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan tidak nyata pada konsumsi pakan, konversi pakan dan bobot badan, akan tetapi berbeda nyata ( P<0,05) pada konsumsi serat kasar dan asam amino pada ayam fase pertumbuhan yang diberi pakan campuran pollard yang diberi tambahan asam amino. The objective of the current study was to know the effect of utilized pollard and amino acid (methionine, threonine, lysine and tryptophan) in the diets on Completely randomized design was applied in the study with 216 chickens Lohmann layer grower performance 6 week of ages which were randomly devided of four dietary treatments groups in three replications with 18 chicks each. The dietary treatments were : R-0 (without pollard and amino acid ), R-l (pollard 10% and addited 0.5 from total amino acid of the control diet), R-2 (pollard 20% and addited 0.5 from total amino acid of the control diet and R-3 ( pollard 30% and addited 0.5 from total amino acid of the control diet). The results showed that utilization of pollard and amino acid had not significant differences on feed consumption, feed conversion ratio and final body weight of grower phase, but had significantly differences (P<0,05) on consumption of fiber and the amino acid. The average of feed consumption were 73.42, 76.75, 73.54 and 75.08 g/hen/day. Feed conversions ratio were 5.98, 5.54, 5.53 and 5.85. Body weight were 1038.75, 1160.78, 1142.62 and 1077.45 g. It can be concluded that utilization pollard and amino acid in the diets had no affected - . on growth performance and caused increase fiber'and amino acid intake.
