EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS (SIMPUS) DENGAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) DI PUSKESMAS UMBULHARJO I KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang : Penerapan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Kota Yogyakarta telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2013. SIMPUS yang diterapkan merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan oleh pihak ketiga, yaitu SIMPUS Jojok. Hal tersebut menjadikan Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Kota Yogyakarta sebagai satu-satunya puskesmas dari total 18 puskesmas di Kota Yogyakarta yang tidak menerapkan SIMPUS dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Namun selama 6 tahun penerapannya, evaluasi khusus terhadap SIMPUS belum pernah dilakukan. Evaluasi sangat dibutuhkan guna mengetahui apakah sistem masih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna atau organisasi. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) dengan metode Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Kota Yogyakarta Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional dan pendekatan analitik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 responden dengan metode total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analsisis korelasi Spearman-rank dengan menggunakan software statistik R Studio. Hasil: Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan diantaranya: Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Intention to Use, dan Persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness) terhadap niat menggunakan (Intention to Use) yang menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,0000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat 3 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Intention to Use, dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Intention to Use. Dan terdapat 3 variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu User Training terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, User Training terhadap Perceived Usefulness, dan Intention to Use terhadap Actual System Use.

Background : The implementation of SIMPUS in the Umbulharjo I Primary Health Center in Yogyakarta has been implemented since 2013. The SIMPUS is a system developed by a third side, called SIMPUS Jojok. This makes the Umbulharjo I Primary Health Center in Yogyakarta as the only one health center from a total of 18 health centers in the city of Yogyakarta that do not implement SIMPUS from the Yogyakarta City Health Officer. But during its 6 years of implementation, a particular evaluation of SIMPUS has never been done. The evaluation is really necessary to find out whether the system still fits by the needs of users or organizations. Objective: To evaluate the application of the Information and Management System of health center (SIMPUS) with the Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) method at the Umbulharjo I Primary Health Center in Yogyakarta City. Methods: This research is quantitative with cross sectional design and analytical approach. The subjects is 45 respondents with the total sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman-rank correlation analysis technique using R Studio statistical software. Result: The variables that have a significant effect includes: Perceived Ease of Use to Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use on Intention to Use, and Perceived Usefulness to Intention to Use which shows a p-value of 0.0000. Conclusion: There are 3 variables that have a significant effect, namely the Perceived Ease of Use to Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use to Intention to Use, and Perceived Usefulness to Intention to Use. And there are 3 variables that have no significant effect, namely User Training to Perceived Ease of Use, User Training to Perceived Usefulness, and Intention to Use to Actual System Use.
