PENGARUH PAKAN SUPLEMEN TERHADAP PRODUKSI DAN KUALITAS SUSU SAPI PERAH FRIESIAN HOLSTEIN DI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS TERNAK PERAH, FAKULTAS PETERNAKAN, UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

2011 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Suplemen Pakan Multinutrien Tanpa Molases (SPMTM) pada 14 hari sebelum beranak sampai dengan 100 hari setelah beranak terhadap produksi, kadar lemak, dan protein susu sapi perah Friesian Holstein. Enam ekor sapi dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan, kelompok kontrol tanpa penambahan SPMTM dan kelompok perlakuan dengan penambahan SPMTM 400 g/ekor/hari. Pakan yang diberikan sesuai dengan manajemen UPT Ternak Perah Fakultas Peternakan UGM, meliputi rumput raja, ampas tahu, dan pollard. Parameter yang diamati meliputi konsumsi bahan kering (BK), protein kasar (PK), serat kasar (SK), total digestible nutrients (TDN), produksi susu, kadar lemak, dan kadar protein susu, serta dinamika pertambahan bobot badan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa suplementasi SPMTM memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap konsumsi PK (1241,93 ± 19,89 vs 1368,50 ± 48,36 g), dan konsumsi SK (3,47 ± 0,06 vs 3,67 ± 0,07 kg), serta pertambahan bobot badan pada minggu ke 12 dan 14. Suplementasi SPMTM tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap konsumsi BK, TDN, rata-rata produksi susu harian dan bulanan, dan produksi susu total, serta tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar lemak, dan protein susu. Penambahan suplemen pakan SPMTM 400 g/ekor/hari pada 14 hari sebelum beranak hingga 100 hari setelah beranak belum mampu meningkatkan produksi, kadar lemak, dan kadar protein susu. This research was conducted to study the effect of Multinutrient non Mollases Supplement (SPMTM) offered in 14th days prepartus until 100 th postpartus on milk production, milk fat, and protein of Friesian Holstein cows. Six animals were devided into two groups, there were control group without SPMTM and treatment group with SMPTM 400g/head/day. Ration which fed to animal according to the management of UPT dairy cattle, Faculty of Animal Science UGM, i.e king grass, waste tofu, and pollard. Nutrient intake (DM, CP, CF, and TDN) as well as milk production, milk fat and protein, and body weight were measured in this research. The measured variables were analyzed statistically by Independent Sample T-Test. The result showed that there were significantly different on intake of CP (1241.93 ± 19.89 g vs 1368.50 ± 48.36 g), and CF (3.47 ± 0.06 kg vs 3.67 ± 0.07 kg), and dynamics of body weight increasing significantly in 12 and 14 weeks. Supplementation with SPMTM have no effect significantly on intake of DM, TDN, milk production, milk fat, and milk protein. It could be concluded that supplementation SPMTM at level of 400g/head/day in 14th days prepartus until 100th postpartus could not improve milk production, milk fat and milk protein.
