FILSAFAT PIIL PESENGGIRI DAN RELEVANSINYA BAGI PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH LAMPUNG

Judul penelitian ini adalah Filsafat Piil Pesenggiri dan Relevansinya Bagi Pembangunan Daerah Lampung. Pennasalahan penelitian yaitu: (1) Apa Landasan filisofis Filsafati Piil Pesenggiri (2) Apa Karakteristik Kehidupan dan Realitas Budaya Masyarakat Lampung (3) Apa relevansi Filsafat Piil Pesenggiri bagi Pembangunan Daerah Lampung. Uuntuk menelaah Landasan filsafati Filsafat Piil Pesenggiri, diterapkan teori Fenomenologis dengan Kitab Kuntara Rajanili sebagai sumber primer dengan mengungkap latar belakang historis, sejarah singkat Kitab Kuntara Rajaniti, dan arti istilah Kuntara Rajaniti, kemudian mengungkap pemahaman Piil Pesenggiri dan unsur-unsur Piil Pesenggiri. Objek material penelitian ini adalah Filsafat hidup Piil Pesenggiri. Objek formalnya adalah Filsafat. Analisis bertolak dari pembahasan objek material secara filsafat yang dilakukan dengan cara menyelidiki secara mendalam dan menarik kesimpulan berdasar pembuktian kebenarannya untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Interpretasi dan idealisasi untuk menyelami data, mengungkap nilai-nilai filosofisnya Koherensi digunakan untuk mencermati kesesuaian yang saling berhubungan serta keselarasannya dengan problem-problem manusia yang aktual terkait dengan pembangunan Daerah Lampung Hasil temuan dalam penelitian yaitu : Piil Pesenggiri merupakan Tata Krama Kehidupan, dan Filsafat Hidup Masyarakat Lampung mempunyai unsur-unsur (1) Nemui Nyimah (Prinsip Penghargaan (2) Nengah Nyapur (Prinsip Persamaan) (3) Sakai Sambayan (Prinsip Kerjasana I Gotong Royong (4) Juluk Adek I Adok (Prinsip Keberhasilan). Konsep unsur-unsur Piil Pesenggiri sudah dilaksanakan dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Lampung sejak dahulu sampai sekarang secara turun temurun, namun sangat sedikit masyarakat yang paham dan mengerti tentang filosofis dari unsur-unsur Piil Pesenggiri tersebut, masyarakat hanya memahami bahwa adat kebiasaan yang dilakukan secara turun temurun sejak dahulu hingga sekarang, belum dipahami sebagai inti Piil Pesnggiri. Relevansi Piil Pesenggiri dalam pernbangunan memberikan kontribusi positif pada dimensi moral dan sosial terhadap pembangunan rnasyarakat baik pembangunan pisik maupun pembangunan mental spiritual dan juga dalam pembangunan IPOLEKSOSBUD. Karena itu Filsafat Piil Pesenggiri yang merupakan filsafat hidup, dan tata krama kehidupan masyarakat Larnpung dapat dikaji dan dikembangkan dan dilestraikan melalui berbagai aspek pendekatan untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, guna tercapainya kesejahteraan dan keadilan, sejahtera dalam keadilan, dan adil dalam kesejahteraan.

This research is entitled the Philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri culture and its relevance to the Development of Larnpungnese Society. The research problems are, then: (1) What and how is the philosophical foundation of the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri; (2) What and how is the characteristic of the life and reality of Lampungnese culture; (3) What and how is the relevance of the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri to the development of Lampungnese society. Since the object of the research is the life philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri, and the formal object is a cultural philosophy, phenomenological analysis towards the philosophical foundation of the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri is applied by examining the book of Kuntara Rajaniti as the primary source to reveal the brief history of the book Kuntara Rajaniti and the meaning of Kuntara Rajaniti terminology, and the understanding of Piil Pesenggiri and its elements as well. The analysis is started by discussing material object of the research philosophically by investigating it thoroughly before drawing a conclusion based on the proofs of its truth as a means to reach the objectives of the research. The interpretation and the idealization of the data are carried out to find out its philosophical values. Then, it is correlated to the coherence problems of the development within the Lampungnese society. The research findings include: Piil Pesenggiri is the norms of life for Lampungnese society, whose elements comprise (1) Nemui Nyimah (the principle of appreciation), (2) Nengah Nyapur (the principle of equality), (3) Sakai Sambayan (the principle of collaboration), and (4) Juluk Adek/Adok (the principle of achievement). The concept of those elements has been applied within the lampungnese community since a long time ago in a hereditary manner, yet, not many people really understand the true meanings of those elements. They only know that it is the cultural habits of the larnpungnese people. It was also found that there has been a positive contribution of the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri towards the development of the Lampungnese society in terms of physical and spiritual development as well as ideological, political, economic, social and cultural development. Therefore, the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri which becomes the philosophy of life and the norms of life for Larnpunese should be analyzed, developed and conserved in such a way that it can support the development of science and technology for the sake of achieving a welfare and justice life - to live prosperously in justice and to live justly in prosperity.
