ANALISIS BIAYA PRODUKSI BIBIT STEK PUCUK JATI PLUS PERHUTANI (JPP) DI PERSEMAIAN PETAK 43D BAGIAN KESATUAN PEMANGKUAN HUTAN (BKPH) DRADAH PERUM PERHUTANI KPH MOJOKERTO

Biaya produksi merupakan informasi penting yang diperlukan oleh manajemen untuk mengelola kegiatan produksi pada suatu unit produksi tertentu. Dalam pembangunan hutan tanaman seperti hutan tanaman jati salah satu unit produksi yang penting adalah persemaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi di Persemaian Stek Pucuk JPP Petak 43 D BKPH Dradah. Penelitian dilakukan di Persemaian Stek Pucuk JPP Petak 43 D BKPH Dradah dan di Kantor Asisten Perhutani Dradah yang berlokasi di Perhutani RPH Dradah, BKPH Dradah, Perum Perhutani KPH mojokerto Jalan Bojonegoro - Jombang, Carangbang, Dradah Blumbang, Kedungpring, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber primer yaitu melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan pihak RPH Dradah dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari dokumen Rencana Operasional dan Biaya Pengusulan yang diterbitkan oleh Seksi Produksi Sumberdaya Hutan (PSDH) KPH Mojokerto. Hasil-hasil penting yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah biaya total per tahun yaitu sebesar Rp 108.931.294,00 yang terdiri dari biaya tetap Rp 57.537.982,00 dan biaya variabel Rp 51.393.312,00. Dengan jumlah produksi aktual sebesar 89.244 plances maka biaya semai per unitnya adalah Rp 1.221,00. Kuantitas produksi yang menyebabkan kondisi titik impas adalah 16.127 plances per tahun. Perhitungan ini didasarkan pada harga jual Rp 4.000,00 per plances.

Production costs are important information needed by management to manage production activities in a particular production unit. In the development of plantations such as teak plantations, one of the important production units is nurseries. This study aims to determine the production costs in the JPPH BKPH Dradah cuttage nursery. The study was carried out at the Persemaian Stek Pucuk JPP Petak 43 D BKPH Dradah and at the Perhutani Dradah Assistant Office located in Perhutani RPH Dradah, BKPH Dradah, Perhutani KPH Mojokerto. The data in this study were obtained from primary sources, namely through interviews and observations with RPH Dradah official and secondary data sourced from the Operational Plan and Proposal Costs documents issued by the Forest Production Section of KPH Mojokerto. Important results obtained from this research are total annual costs of Rp 108.931.294,00 per year consisting of fixed costs of Rp 57.537.982,00 and variable costs Rp 51.393.312,00. With the total actual production of 89.244 plances, the seedling cost per unit is Rp 1.221,00. The production quantity that caused the breakeven condition is 16.127 plances per year. This calculation is based on the selling price of Rp 4.000,00 per plances.
