EVALUASI SISTEM PEMBAYARAN DALAM RANGKA KEPABEANAN DAN CUKAI MENGGUNAKAN BILLING SYSTEM DI KANTOR PENGAWASAN DAN PELAYANAN BEA CUKAI TIPE MADYA PABEAN B YOGYAKARTA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem pembayaran dalam rangka kepabeanan dan cukai menggunakan Billing System di aplikasi CEISA DJBC dengan metode Pengendalian Input, Pengendalian Process, dan Pengendalian Output. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari beberapa hasil evaluasi sistem pembayaran kepabeanan dan cukai ini dapat diketahui menggunakan Billing System dapat dikatakan lebih efektif dan efisien. Billing System ini juga memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, meskipun sistem pembayaran ini terdapat perubahan dari sistem manual ke billing system, dari layanan over the counter (teller) ke layanan online, dari single currency menjadi dapat melayani keseluruhan jenis penerimaan, akan tetapi masih memiliki banyak kekurangan seperti sering terjadi gangguan jaringan (server down), status Billing System berubah menjadi Terima NTPN dan Rekonsiliasi CEISA lama tergantung koneksi, keamanan sistem belum terjamin sepenuhnya, dan tidak terdapat fitur input data CK1-HPTL di portal pengguna jasa.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the payment system in the framework of customs and excise using the Billing System in the CEISA DJBC application with the method of Input Control, Process Control, and Output Control. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with interviews, observation, documentation. From some of the results of the evaluation of the customs and excise payment system, it can be found that using the Billing System can be said to be more effective and efficient. This Billing System also has advantages and disadvantages, although this payment system has a change from a manual system to a billing system, from over the counter (teller) services to online services, from single currency to being able to serve all types of receipts, but still have many shortcomings like server down, the Billing System status changes to NTPN Acceptance and CEISA Reconciliation can depend on the connection for a long time, system security is not fully guaranteed, and there is no CK1-HPTL data input feature on the service user portal.
