PERANCANGAN SISTEM PERSEWAAN BERBASIS EXCEL YANG TERINTEGRASI DENGAN SISTEM PERSEDIAAN (STUDI KASUS PADA USAHA ER RENTAL KAMERA DI LENDAH, KULON PROGO)

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemrosesan transaksi persewaan di ER Rental Kamera yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Data transaksi persewaan hanya ditulis manual pada kertas. Selain itu, data persediaan tidak dapat dimutakhirkan setiap saat membuat proses pemeriksaan dan alokasi sediaan menjadi lama. Termasuk biaya sewa tidak dapat dihitung secara cepat dan akurat. Hal tersebut meyebabkan pengolahan data transaksi berjalan tidak efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, dirancang sebuah sistem persewaan kamera berbasis excel yang terintegrasi dengan sistem persediaan untuk memroses transaksi dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan akurat. Pemeriksaan kesediaan barang juga dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan mudah karena sistem mampu memutakhirkan data setiap waktu. Sistem dibuat dengan menggunakan microsoft visio dan microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem persewaan berbasis excel yang terintegrasi dengan sistem persediaan. Didukung dengan pembuatan flowchart dan data flow diagram yang mampu menggambarkan kinerja sistem agar lebih mudah dipahami dan dilaksanakan oleh ER Rental Kamera. Hasil akhir sistem berbentuk laporan laba rugi yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengawasan dan dasar pengambilan keputusan.

This research is based on the processing of rental transactions on the ER Rental Kamera which is still done manually. Data on rental transactions was only written manually on paper. In addition, the inventory data cannot be updated at any time, making long the inspection process and stock allocation. Including the rental fees cannot be calculated quickly and accurately. This causes the data processing cannot run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, an excel-based camera rental system is designed. This system can be integrated with the inventory system to process transactions easily, quickly, and accurately. Checking the availability of goods can also be done quickly and easily because the system is able to update data any time and all the time. The system is made by using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel. The results of this research show that are the excel-based rental system can be integrated with the inventory system. It is supported by flowcharts and data flow diagrams that are able to describe the performance of the system to be more easily understood and implemented by the Camera Rental ER. The final result of the system is an income statement that can be used for supervision and the basis for decision making.
