Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan besar dan serius di dunia, terutama terjadi di Negara Indonesia. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, teknologi pun semakin berkembang termasuk di bidang kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi informasi obat yang dilengkapi dengan alarm pengingat minum obat pada smartphone yang terhubung dengan QR Code. Tahapan awal dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini berdasarkan metode waterfall adalah analisis kebutuhan informasi obat untuk mengetahui konten informasi obat dan desain informasi seperti apa yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan didukung dengan data kualitatif wawancara semi terstruktur. Sampel pada penelitian penelitian kuantitatif yaitu pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Mantrijeron dengan teknik convenience sampling sedangkan sampel pada penelitian kualitatif yaitu responden kuesioner dan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Mantrijeron dengan teknik maximum variation. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kebutuhan informasi obat berupa konten informasi obat yang dibutuhkan yaitu informasi peringatan pada kondisi khusus, informasi efek samping, informasi efek interaksi obat, dan informasi jadwal minum obat. Desain informasi obat yang dibutuhkan yaitu berbentuk tulisan, terdapat fitur pengingat minum obat, terdapat fitur pemantauan kepatuhan, mudah diakses, mudah digunakan, dan adanya sumber informasi terpercaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan, pengembangan aplikasi apotech.id dibutuhkan untuk pasien hipertensi.

Hypertension is one of great and serious health problems in the world, especially in Indonesia. As the rapid growth of technology, the health technology grows rapidly as well. Therefore, we develop drug information application in smartphone that connected to QR Code. This application also provide alarm that can remind patient of the drug consumption time. Based on waterfall method, there is one of step called need assessment of drug information. This step is important to know the drug information content and design of information in application that patients need. Method that used in this research is observational specific cross sectional and supported with qualitative in depth interview. Sample for quantitative research is hypertensive patient Mantrijeron Primary Health Care with convenience sampling technique. Sample for qualitative research are questionnaire respondent and Health Professionals Mantrijeron Primary Health Care with maximum variation sampling technique. Descriptive analysis used for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Result from this study, drug information content for apotech.id are warning of special conditions, schedule of drug consuming, side effect, and drug interaction. Design of drug information for apotech.id are usable, accessible, text form of drug information, add reminder of drug time consumption, add adherence monitoring, and valid information source. Based on the result can be concluded that development of apotech.id is needed.
