Produktivitas Kerja Dan Biaya Kegiatan Penebangan Kayu Sengon ( Falcataria Mollucana ) di RPH Jatirejo, BKPH Pare, KPH Kediri, Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur

Pemanenan hasil hutan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengelolaan hutan produksi. Secara umum kegiatan pemanenan yang dilakukan meliputi penebangan (felling), penyaradan (skidding), pemuatan (loading), pengangkutan (transportation), dan pembongkaran (unloading). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi kerja, biaya dan teknik kegiatan penebangan kayu sengon di RPH Jatirejo, BKPH Pare, KPH Kediri, Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode time study terhadap produksi standar penebangan dengan chainsaw pada petak 9a km dan 11a dengan menghitung rata-rata waktu kerja, waktu normal, waktu standar, Rating Factor dan Allowance Factor. Analisis biaya penebangan dihitung dengan mempertimbangkan biaya tetap dan biaya tidak tetap.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada petak 9a prestasi kerja chainsaw tipe Yamamax GX 58 sebesar 2,731 m3/jam, sedangkan pada petak 11a prestasi kerja chainsaw tipe STIHL Ms 720 sebesar 2,097 m3/jam. Kedua tipe chainsaw memiliki biaya tidak tetap yang berbeda, untuk chainsaw Yamamax GX 58 sejumlah Rp. 14.787.920,00/tahun dan untuk chainsaw STIHL Ms 720 sejumlah Rp. 20.487.500,00/tahun. Sedangkan biaya tetap chainsaw Yamamax GX 58 dan chainsaw STIHL Ms 720 sebesar Rp.0,00/tahun karena sudah melebihi lifetime diatas 2 tahun. Biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk kegiatan penebangan kayu sengon selama setahun yaitu sejumlah Rp. 486.624.710,00.

Harvesting of forest products is one of the activities in the management of production forests. The two chainsaw types have different fixed costs, for chainsaw Yamamax GX 58 in the amount of Rp. 14,787,920.00 / year and for the STIHL Ms 720 chainsaw amounting to Rp. 20,487,500.00 / year. While the fixed cost of Yamamax GX 58 chainsaw and the STIHL Ms 720 chainsaw is Rp. 0.00 / year because passed the lifetime more than 2 years. The costs incurred by the company for logging activities for silk tree for a year are Rp. 486,624,710.00
