Sistem presensi di Program Studi Komputer dan Sistem Informasi saat ini masih menggunakan media kertas dalam pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa. Sistem seperti ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan diantaranya proses presensi memakan lebih banyak waktu, hal ini dilihat dari bagaimana kertas tersebut diberikan dari satu mahasiswa ke mahasiswa lain di kelas tersebut, proses rekapitulasi yang lebih merepotkan, serta kemudahan mahasiswa untuk memalsukan tanda tangan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi pengolaan perkuliahan di Program Studi Komputer dan Sistem Informasi untuk menanggulangi dan mengganti kelemahan sistem sebelumnya. Tujuan dibuat sistem informasi pengelolaan perkuliahan di prodi komputer dan sistem informasi diantaranya yaitu menggantikan sistem presensi pada media buku yang cukup sulit dalam hal perekapan presensi mahasiswa, perekapan secara otomatis presensi mahasiswa, dosen dapat memberi keterangan mahasiswa yang tidak masuk saat pertemuan, dan penambahan fitur untuk dapat impor data master perkuliahan diantaranya kelas, ruang, mahasiswa, kelas mahasiswa, dan pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Perkuliahan pada Program Studi Komputer dan Sistem Informasi ini mampu melakukan perbaikan kelemahan presensi konvensional pada media buku. Sistem ini mampu mengatasi masalah presensi dengan mahasiswa yang hanya melakukan scanning pada Qrcode yang telah ditampilkan dosen dan apabila tidak sesuai jumlah mahasiswa yang hadir maka dosen bisa menghapus presensi mahasiswa tersebut. Sehingga melalui sistem seperti itu, perekapan presensi menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Disamping itu, masalah utama keamanan pada sistem presensi tradisional teratasi dengan melakukan filter IMEI atau nomor seri handphone pada setiap mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi.

The presence system in Computer and Information System Majors is currently still using paper media in recording student attendance. Such a system has several disadvantages including the presence process takes more time, this is seen from how the paper is given from one student to another student in the class, a more troublesome recapitulation process, and the ease of students to falsify signatures. Based on these problems, it is necessary to developed lecture management information systems in Computer and Information Systems Majors to overcome and replace previous system weaknesses. The purpose of the information management system for lectures in Computer and Information Systems Majors is to replace the presence system in book media which is quite difficult in terms of student attendance recording, automatic recording of student attendance, lecturers can provide information on students who are not included in meetings, and additional features for can impor master lecture data including classes, rooms, students, student classes, and employees. The results of the study show that the Lecture Management Information System in Computer and Information System Majors is able to make improvements to the weaknesses of conventional presence in book media. This system is able to overcome the presence problem with students who only do Qrcode scanning that has been displayed by the lecturer and if it does not match the number of students present, the lecturer can delete the student's presence. So that through such a system, presence recording becomes easier and more efficient. Besides that, the main problem of security in the traditional presence system is resolved by doing an IMEI filter or handphone serial number for each student who uses the application.
