PERHITUNGAN TINGKAT KESEHATAN PADA PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK PERIODE 2015 - 2017 DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN KEPUTUSAN MENTERI BUMN NOMOR: KEP-100/MBU/2002

PT Garuda Indonesia(Persero) Tbk merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), dalam hal ini pemerintah menjadi pemegang saham terbesar yaitu 60,50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tingkat kesehatan perusahaan pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2015 - 2017. Manajer melakukan perhitungan tingkat kesehatan guna melihat hasil operasional perusahaan, karena perusahaan bertanggung jawab atas kepuasan pemilik perusahaan. Perhitungan ini menggunakan aspek keuangan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor : KEP-100/MBU/2002. Aspek keuangan tersebut terdiri dari 8 indikator yaitu ROE, ROI, Cash ratio, Current ratio, Collectio periods, Perputaran persediaan, Total aset turn over , dan total modal sendiri terhadap aset. Hasil dari penelitian PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pada tahun 2015 memperoleh skor 41,75 dengan tingkat kesehatan 59,64 sehingga memperoleh predikat kurang sehat dengan kategori BBB. Pada tahun 2016, memperoleh skor 30,25 dengan tingkat kesehatan 43,21 memiliki predikat kurang sehat dengan kategori BB. pada tahun 2017, memperoleh skor 24,75 dengan tingkat kesehatan 35,36 memiliki predikat kurang sehat dengan kategori B. PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk harus mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

PT.Garuda Indonesia (persero) Tbk.is one of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) where the government becomes the biggest stakeholder amount to 60,50 %. This research is conducted to calculate the company's health index at PT.Garuda Indonesia (persero) Tbk. for the period of 2015 to 2017. The manager calculates company's health index to measuring their company's performances, because the company has responsibility of satisfaction to the owner itself. This calculation uses financial aspects based on Minister SOEs's Decree Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The financial aspects consist of 8 indicators like ROE, ROI, cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, and ratio of owner's equity to total assets. The research result in 2015 had score about 41,75 and the company health index amount of 59,64. Thus the company gained low predicate by Better Business Bureau® or BBB category.While in 2016 they got scored 30,26 with health index amount of 43,21 and gained low predicate by BBB category. In 2017, they got score 24,75 with health index amount of 35,36 and classified as low.
