Pengaruh PDRB, Upah Rii; dan Rata-rata Lama Sekolah Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Primer, Sekunder dan Tersier di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDRB, upah riil, dan rata-rata lama sekolah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor primer, sekunder, dan tersier di DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang menggabungkan data cross section dan data time series berupa lima kabupaten/kota di DIY selama tahun 2010-2017. Berdasarkan uji Chow dan uji Hausman, analisis yang digunakan adalah metode random effect untuk mengestimasi penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor primer dan tersier. Upah riil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor tersier. Rata-rata lama sekolah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor primer dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor sekunder dan tersier.

This study designed to analyse the effect of GDP, real wages, and the Mean Years School (MYS) on the employment of primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors in DIY. This study uses panel data that combines cross section data and time series data in the form of five districts/city in DIY during 2010-2017. Based on the Chow test and Hausman test, the analysis used is the random effect method to estimate the employment of primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that GRDP has a positive and significant effect on the employment of primary and tertiary sectors. Real wages have a negative and significant effect on the employment of the tertiary sector. The Mean Years School (MYS) has a negative and significant effect on on the employment of primary sector and has a positive and significant effect on the employment of secondary and tertiary sectors.
