ANALISIS BIAYA PERJALANAN SEBAGAI PENDEKATAN NILAI EKONOMI JASA REKREASI TAMAN WISATA ALAM (Studi Kasus: Taman Wisata Alam Grojogan Sewu Tawangmangu)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menaksir nilai ekonomi jasa rekreasi wisatawan harian Taman Wisata Alam Grojogan Sewu Tawangmangu. Penaksiran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode biaya perjalanan. Wisatawan harian berasal dari 6 (enam) kabupaten yaitu: Karanganyar, Surakarta, Magetan, Sukoharjo, Sragen, dan Boyolali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Fungsi permintaan jasa rekreasi yaitu: TK = 747,85 - 0,023 BPT - 3,16 UR - 3,96 WLR, yang berarti tingkat kunjungan (TK) dipengaruhi oleh biaya perjalanan total (BPT), umur rata-rata (UR), dan waktu luang rata-rata (WLR) pengunjung, 2. Dengan menurunkan biaya masuk yang berlaku saat ini yaitu dari Rp 3.000,00 menjadi Rp 2.000,00, taksiran pendapatan pengelola menjadi Rp 575.784.000,00 yang berarti naik 10,07% dari taksiran pendapatan saat ini, sedangkan taksiran kunjungan total menjadi 287.892 orang yang berarti naik 65,10% dari taksiran kunjungan total saat ini. 3. Nilai ekonomi jasa rekreasi ditaksir sebesar Rp 1.334.260.070,00 dalam setahun sehingga kesediaan membayar setiap pengunjung diperkirakan sebesar Rp 7.651,89.

This research is aimed at estimating the economic value of recreation service of the daily used tourist in the Natural Recreation Forest of Grojogan Sewu Tawangmangu. The estimation is held by using the travel cost method. The daily used tourist come from six regencies as follows: Karanganyar, Surakarta, Magetan, Sukoharjo, Sragen, and Boyolali with the number of sample amounted to 130 respondents. This research results in following conclusions: 1 . The demand function of recreation service is TK = 747,85 -0,023 BPT -3,16UR - 3,96 WLR, that means the rate of visit (TK) is influenced by the total travel cost (BPT), the everage age (UR), and the everage leisure time (WLR) of the visitors. 2. By reducing the entrance fee that currently prevails i.e. from three thousand rupiah to two thousand rupiah, the estimation of manager’s earning becomes 575.784.000 rupiah that means raising 10,07% from the current incoming estimation while the total visiting estimation becomes 287.892 visitors that means raising 65,10% from the total visiting estimation nowadays. 3. The economic value of recreation service is estimated in the amount of 1.334.260.070 rupiah in a year therefore the willingness to pay of every visitor is estimated in the amount of 7.651,89 rupiah.
