ANALISIS PENGARUH TENAGA KERJA DAN BELANJA PEMERINTAH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2010-2015

Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja, belanja pemerintah untuk pendidikan, kesehatan, dan infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali yang diukur dengan PDRB pada periode 2010-2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data panel. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode White, untuk menghilangkan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja dan belanja kesehatan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB Provinsi Bali pada periode 2010-2015. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan PDRB per kapita sebagai variabel independen. Variabel tersebut di periode t-1 juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB pada periode t. Sementara itu, belanja pendidikan dan infrastruktur di periode t-1 memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB Provinsi Bali pada periode t.

In general, this study aims to analyzed the impact of labor, government expenditure for education, health, and infrastructure on economic growth of regency/muncipality in Bali Province, which measured by gross regional domestic product (GRDP), 2010 to 2015. The type of this researched is a quantitative study with panel data. The method applied in this study is White method which eliminate heteroscedasticity. The results indicated that labor and health expenditure had positive and significant effect on GDRP in Bali Province, 2010-2015. Beside that, this study used gross regional domestic product as a independent variable. GRDP per capita in period t-1 also had positive and significant effect on GRDP in period t. Meanwhile, education expenditure and infrastructure in period t-1 were not significant on GRDP in Bali province, period t.
