ANALISIS PENGARUH PERUBAHAN SISTEM ENTRI NILAI MAHASISWA TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PENGUMPULAN NILAI DI IST AKPRIND YOGYAKARTA

Sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penilaian matakuliah oleh dosen pengampu, serta kepuasan kepada mahasiswa, IST AKPRIND melakukan inovasi serta pengembangan pada proses-proses akademiknya. Perubahan sistem dalam memasukkan (entry) nilai hasil ujian maupun tugas-tugas mahasiswa yang sebelumnya dapat disebut semi manual dengan menggunakan flashdisk, saat ini beralih dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menganalisis dampak perubahan sistem entri nilai mahasiswa terhadap ketepatan waktu pengumpulan nilai ujian dan nilai tugas tugas belajar mahasiswa, serta mampu menganalisis dampak perubahan sistem entri nilai mahasiswa terhadap reward dan punishment bagi dosen. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji beda terhadap ketepatan waktu pengumpulan nilai, reward dan punishment dapat di simpulkan bahwa: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pengumpulan nilai ujian, dan nilai tugas tugas mahasiswa antara sistem pengumpulan nilai menggunakan flashdisk dengan pengumpulan nilai menggunakan website. Total rata rata ketepatan waktu setor nilai ketika masih menggunakan flashdis 72,5%. Sedangkan total rata rata ketepatan pengumpulan nilai dengan menggunakan website mencapai 99.68%. Terdapat perbedaan ketepatan waktu pengumpulan nilai yang signifikan dengan kenaikan realisasi reward pada semester gasal sebesar Rp. 2.375.250,- (3,69%). Sedangkan pada semester genap sebesar Rp. 14.855.250,- (34,68%). Angka KMN menunjukan peningkatan yang positif dengan rata rata 15,3%, Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi persentase ketepatan menyerahkan nilai maka tingkat punishment bagi dosen akan semakin rendah.

As one of the efforts to increase effectiveness and provide convenience in assessing subjects by lecturers, as well as satisfaction with students, IST AKPRIND innovates and develops its academic processes. Changes in the system in entering the score of the test results and the tasks of students who could previously be called semi manual using flash disk, are now switching to web-based applications. Through this research, it is expected to be able to analyse the impact of changes in the student's entry score system on the timeliness of exam score collection and the score of student learning assignments, and be able to analyse the impact of changes in student score entry systems on reward and punishment for lecturers. The results of research carried out by using different tests on the timeliness of the collection of score, reward and punishment can be concluded that: There are significant differences in the timeliness of test scores collection and the score of student assignments between score collection systems using flash disks and collecting scores using a website. Total average time of deposit score when still using flash disk 72.5%. While the total average accuracy of score collection using a website reaches 99.68%. There is a difference in the accuracy of the time of collection of significant score with the increase in realization of reward in the odd semester of Rp. 2,375,250, - (3.69%). Whereas in the even semester Rp. 14,855,250, - (34.68%). KMN figures show a positive increase with an average of 15.3%, thus it can be concluded that the higher the percentage of the accuracy of submitting score, the lower the level of judgment for lecturers.
