Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap PDRB Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Penulis: Dhana Endar Prasetyo Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2010-2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dari 14 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2010-2015. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan model Fixed Effect melalui program Eviews 9. Berdasar hasil analisis data, dapat ditarik kesimpulan tingkat pendidikan dengan pendekatan rata-rata lama sekolah dan tenaga kerja dengan pendekatan jumlah angkatan kerja yang bekerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Peningkatan rata-rata lama sekolah dan jumlah tenaga kerja akan meningkatkan nilai PDRB Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan agenda penting bagi pemerintah daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, karena capaian pembangunan sektor pendidikan yang belum optimal dan partisipasi serta kualitas angkatan keja yang masih rendah. Analysis of the Effect of Education Levels and Labor on GDRP Central Kalimantan Province This study aims to determine the effect of the level of education and the number of workers on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Central Kalimantan in 2010-2015. This research is an empirical study with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data from 14 regency/city in Central Kalimantan Province in 2010-2015. The analytical model used is the regression analysis with the Fixed Effect model through the program Eviews 9. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the level of education with the approach of the average length of school and labor with the approach of the number of work forces that work positively and significantly affects the GRDP in Central Kalimantan Province. Increasing the average length of school and the number of workers will increase the value of the GRDP of Central Kalimantan Province. Increasing labor productivity is an important agenda for the regional government of Central Kalimantan Province, because the achievement of education sector development is not optimal and participation and quality of workforce are still low.
