EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) DI RSUD PRAYA KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

Latar Belakang: Evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) di unit kerja rumah sakit. Penerapan sistem informasi SIMRS di rumah sakit sangat penting untuk mencapai layanan berkualitas. Sehingga rumah sakit perlu untuk mengembangkan SIMRS dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan manfaat penggunaan SIMRS. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi SIMRS di Rumah Sakit umum Daerah Praya Lombok Tengah NTB. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan studi kasus dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka human, organization, technology-Fit (HOT-fit). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 sampel yang diambil yaitu pengguna SIMRS. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil olah data diperoleh nilai Sig.t < 0,05, maka disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor human, organization, technology, pengetahuan pengguna, dan regulasi terhadap Net Benefit SIMRS. Hasil olah data diperoleh nilai Sig.F < 0,05, artinya secara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan antara faktor human, organization, technology, pengetahuan pengguna, dan regulasi terhadap Net Benefit SIMRS. Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan penerapan SIMRS di RSUD Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Nusa Tenggara Barat hasil evaluasinya belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Faktor human, organization, technology, pengetahuan pengguna, dan regulasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Net Benefit SIMRS (p-value = 0,000 < Level of Significant = 0,05).

Background: A comprehensive evaluation to find out how the hospital management information system (SIMRS) is implemented in the hospital working unit. The application of SIMRS information systems in hospitals is very important to achieve quality services. So the hospitals need to develop SIMRS by considering the influencing factors and the benefits of using SIMRS. Objective: This study aims to evaluate SIMRS at the Regional General Hospital in Praya Central Lombok, NTB. Method: This was quantitative research type with a case study approach is carried out using a human, organization, technology-Fit (HOT-fit) framework. The number of samples is 35 samples taken from SIMRS users. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression tests. Results: Based on the results of the data obtained Sig.t value <0.05, it was concluded that partially there is a significant influence between human, organization, technology, user knowledge, and regulation on Net Benefit SIMRS. The results of data processing obtained the value of Sig.F <0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between human, organizational, technology, user knowledge, and regulation toward Net Benefit SIMRS. Conclusion: Utilization of the application of SIMRS at the Praya Hospital in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, from the results of its evaluation has not run optimally. Human, organization, technology, user knowledge and regulation factors have a significant or partial effect on Net Benefit SIMRS (p-value = 0,000 <Level of Significant = 0.05).
