TINJAUAN IMPLEMENTASI CLINICAL PATHWAY SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUMAH SAKIT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Clinical pathway digunakan untuk menyeragamkan praktik klinis. Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping telah menerapkan clinical pathway. Pada penerapannya, clinical pathway yang memiliki kasus terbanyak yaitu sectio caesarea. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan implementasi clinical pathway sectio caesarea di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil: Hasil riset menunjukkan implementasi clinical pathway sectio caesarea di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping sudah diterapkan dengan adanya bukti formulir di berkas rekam medis. Panduan praktik klinis sectio caesarea sudah ada, tetapi belum dilakukan sosialisasi secara merata. Belum ada standar prosedur operasional pelaksanaan clinical pathway sectio caesarea. Telaah studi dokumetasi kepatuhan clinical pathway sectio caesarea masih berada dibawah standar yang ditetapkan. Kendala dalam implementasi yaitu kurang koordinasi dari profesional pemberi asuhan. Upaya yang sudah dilakukan adalah meningkatkan koordinasi dengan profesional pemberi asuhan yang akan bertugas selanjutnya. Kesimpulan: Implementasi clinical pathway sectio caesarea di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping sudah berjalan dengan adanya formulir tersebut walaupun masih ada kendala.

Background: Clinical pathways are used to standardize clinical practice. PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital had apply the clinical pathway. In its application, the clinical pathway which hasd the most cases is sectio caesarea. Objective: To describe the implementation of clinical pathway sectio caesarea in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Methods: Type of qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Results: The results of the research show that the implementation of clinical pathway sectio caesarea in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital had been applied with evidence of forms in the medical record file. Clinical practice guidelines for sectio caesarea already exist, but not evenly socialized. There was no standard operating procedure for implementing the clinical pathway sectio caesarea. The study of documentary studies adhering to the clinical pathway sectio caesarea is still below the standard set. Constraints in implementation are lack of coordination from caregivers. Efforts that had been made are to improve coordination with caregivers who will be on duty next. Conclusion: The implementation of clinical pathway sectio caesarea in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital had already underway with the existence of the form even though there were still obstacles.
