Australia's Role in Supporting Indonesia to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals #8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

As Sustainable Development Goals come into force starting on 2015, many states have been trying hard to do their parts to ensure that they can achieve all the Goals before the end of the period, which is on 2030. Indonesia, as one of the highly developing states in the world is also doing their best to do so, especially in achieving Goals #8 ������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½ decent work and economic growth. Goals #8 is important to be achieved as it focuses in the economic sector of the state to focus on sustainable and inclusive economy growth. It pushes all the member states to promote policies that will encourage entrepreneurship and job creation and the developed states are invite to help the developing ones. Australia, as one of the developed states with an advanced and individually tailored aid program, is helping Indonesia to achieve it. With its Australian Aid Program, Australia helps Indonesian government to work hard so that they can meet the expectations of having an inclusive economy that supports fair job opportunities and development experienced by all.
