Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Dinamika Implementasi Sunshine Policy Pada Masa Peemerintahan Presiden Kim Dae Jung. Kebijakan Kim Dae Jung saat itu dianggap menjadi gebrakan dalam manuver politik internasional oleh berbagai pihak. Sunshine Policy bertujuan untuk menyatukan kedua Korea yang telah terpisah sejak tahun 1948. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dan hambatan kebijakan ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat ada 4 jenis faktor penyebab terhambatnya kebijakan ini, faktor konflik langsung antara Korea Utara dan Selatan, konflik yang melibatkan kepentingan politik dan buruknya kondisi pejabat dalam negara, pengaruh dari dunia luar terkait intervensi dan keikutsertaan negara lain dalam urusan ini, serta kondisi global. Dari faktor-faktor tersebut memberi peranan tersendiri akan hasil akhir dari kebijakan ini.

This Graduate paper entitled Dynamics of Sunshine Policys implementation Under The Presidency of Kim Dae Jung. At that time, Kim Dae Jungs Policy was considered to be a breakthrough in international political maneuvers by various parties. The Sunshine Policy aims to unite the two Koreas that have been separated since 1948. The purpose of this study is to find out factors that influence the development and barriers of this policy. From the results of the research that has been done, there are 4 types of factors that cause this policy to be hampered, factors of direct conflict between North and South Korea, conflicts that involving political interests and poorly national officers conditions, influence from outsiders regarding interventions, as well as global conditions. From these factors it gives its own contribution on how this policy will ended.
