Perancangan Sistem Komparasi Penyedia Layanan Komputasi Awan Berdasarkan Persentase Kecocokan Fitur

Berbagai pilihan yang ditawarkan dalam menggunakan layanan cloud computing memberikan kemudahan bagi perusahaan-perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikannya. Akan tetapi, banyaknya pilihan perusahaan penyedia layanan cloud juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi perusahaan yang ingin mengadopsi teknologi cloud. Beberapa perusahaan penyedia layanan cloud memberikan berbagai pilihan layanan cloud yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya dan harga yang ditawarkan cukup kompetitif. Sistem komparasi penyedia layanan cloud yang sudah ada memiliki daftar penyedia layanan cloud yang terbatas dan cukup kompleks untuk digunakan. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem rekomendasi untuk melakukan komparasi masing-masing penyedia layanan cloud tersebut berdasarkan persentase kecocokan fitur. Sistem ini memungkinkan penggunanya untuk dapat melakukan simulasi fitur-fitur cloud yang akan diadopsi, dari fitur-fitur yang dipilih tersebut, sistem akan memberitahukan apakah fitur-fitur yang dipilih tersebut dimiliki oleh penyedia layanan yang tersedia pada sistem. Kemudian sistem akan menghitung persentase kecocokan fitur-fitur tersebut dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mengurutkan persentase kecocokan berdasarkan urutan tertinggi. Sistem ini dibuat lebih ringkas dan lebih mudah digunakan dari sistem komparasi yang sudah ada karena sistem ini dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil survei yang ditujuan kepada Asosiasi Cloud Computing Indonesia (ACCI) untuk dapat menambahkan dan mengurangi fitur-fitur yang sama sekali tidak digunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah mengadopsi teknologi cloud, sehingga calon pengguna cloud sebagai pengguna sistem ini dapat lebih mudah dan lebih cepat menentukan fitur-fitur cloud apa saja yang akan digunakan. Sistem ini berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan tujuannya yaitu mampu melakukan komparasi berbagai penyedia layanan cloud berdasarkan preferensi dari ACCI serta mengurutkan daftar penyedia layanan cloud tersebut sesuai dengan persentase kecocokan fitur yang diinginkan calon pengguna cloud dengan fitur yang dimiliki oleh penyedia cloud tersebut sehingga sistem ini lebih ringkas dan mudah digunakan serta calon pengguna cloud juga lebih cepat menentukan fitur-fitur cloud yang akan digunakan beserta penyedia layanan cloud yang terbaik berdasarkan rekomendasi sistem ini.

Various choices offered in using cloud computing services make it easy for companies to implement them. However, the many choices of cloud service providers are also a challenge for companies that want to adopt cloud technology. Some cloud service providers provide a variety of cloud service options that suit their users' needs and the prices offered are quite competitive. The comparative system of existing cloud service providers has a list of cloud service providers that are limited and complex enough to use. Therefore, in this study, a system of recommendations was designed to compare each of the cloud service providers based on the percentage of feature matching. This system allows users to be able to simulate cloud features to be adopted, from the selected features, the system will tell whether the selected features are owned by the service providers available on the system. Then the system will calculate the percentage of compatibility of these features with user needs and sort the percentage of matches based on the highest order. This system is made more concise and easier to use than existing comparative systems because this system was developed based on the results of a survey aimed at the Indonesian Cloud Computing Association (ACCI) to be able to add and reduce features that are not used by companies that have adopted cloud technology, so that prospective cloud users as users of this system can more easily and quickly determine what cloud features will be used. This system was successfully developed in accordance with its objectives of being able to compare various cloud service providers based on preferences from ACCI and sorting the list of cloud service providers according to the percentage match of the desired features of prospective cloud users with features that are owned by cloud providers so that the system is more concise and easy to use and prospective cloud users also more quickly determine the cloud features that will be used along with the best cloud service providers based on this system recommendation.
