Kepatuhan Pekerja terhadap Ketentuan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Prosedur Kerja di TPK Pati, Perum Perhutani KPH Pati

Salah satu pekerjaan yang mempunyai risiko kecelakaan paling tinggi adalah pekerjaan di bidang kehutanan, khususnya pekerja yang berada di lapangan. Pekerja di TPK sebagian tidak patuh terhadap ketentuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja(K3) dan prosedur kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman, tingkat kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri, dan hubungan prosedur kerja terhadap kesalahan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TPK Pati dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk pengumpulan data berupa informasi kegiatan di TPK, sedangkan untuk analisis data digunakan metode analisis diskriptif dan analisis Chi-Square. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja TPK Pati mempunya pemahaman terhadap ketentuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan prosedur kerja cukup baik. Namun tingkat kepatuhan pekerja terhadap penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri masih sangat kurang ketika di lapangan. Rerata tingkat kepatuhan pekerja pada kegiatan pelaksanaan KHP sebesar 52,93%, kegiatan pengujian kayu sebesar 73,33%, kegiatan pengaplingan kayu sebesar 62,5% dan kegiatan pengangkutan KHP sebesar 49,77%. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja mempengaruhi kesalahan pekerja di TPK (p= 0,019 , p < 0,05).

One of the jobs that has the highest risk of accidents is work in the forestry sector, especially workers in the field. Some workers at the TPK are not compliant with work procedures and safety and health provisions. This study aims to determine understanding, the level of compliance with work procedures and the use of personal protective equipment, and the relationship of work procedures to work errors. This research was conducted at TPK Pati using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods for collecting data in the form of activity information in TPK, while for data analysis used descriptive analysis method and Chi-Square analysis. The research concludes show that Pati TPK workers have an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work procedures are quite good. But the level of compliance of workers with the use of Personal Protective Equipment is still very lacking when on the ground. The average level of compliance of workers in the KHP implementation activities was 52.93%, wood testing activities were 73.33%, timber sanding activities were 62.5% and KHP transport activities were 49.77%. The results of Chi Square test showed that compliance with work procedures affected worker errors in TPK (p = 0.019, p <0.05).
