PENETAPAN KELAS POSISI LAHAN UNTUK ARAHAN FUNGSI HUTAN RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN NGANJUK

Hutan rakyat mempunyai peran positif baik secara sosial ekonomi maupun secara ekologi. Secara sosial ekonomi hutan rakyat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan, penyediaan lapangan kerja, dan memacu pembangunan daerah, sedangkan dari aspek ekologi hutan rakyat mampu berperan positif dalam mengendalikan erosi dan limpasan permukaan, memperbaiki kesuburan tanah, dan menjaga keseimbangan tata air. Keberadaan hutan rakyat di berbagai kondisi lahan menyebabkan perlu adanya arahan fungsi hutan rakyat agar hutan rakyat dapat berfungsi secara tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelas posisi lahan di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Selain itu juga merancang arahan fungsi hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan pertimbangan kelas posisi lahan, kelas penutupan lahan dan tingkat kerapatan vegetasi. Metode penelitian ini berupa survei non terestris berupa analisis spasial dengan intergrasi teknik Penginderaan Jauh (PJ) dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan kelas posisi lahan yaitu dengan metode skoring mengacu pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan (BPKH) Wilayah IX Jawa-Madura, namun dilakukan modifikasi disesuaikan dengan output akhir yaitu hanya tiga kelas posisi lahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Wilayah Kabupaten Nganjuk yang berupa hutan rakyat terbagi ke dalam tiga kelas posisi lahan yaitu aman seluas 30.775 Ha (81,34 %), agak rawan seluas 6.442 Ha (23,14%), dan rawan seluas 619 Ha (2,22%). Kelas posisi lahan tersebut kemudian untuk pengembangan hutan rakyat terbagi menjadi tiga arahan fungsi yaitu hutan rakyat untuk fungsi lindung seluas 619 Ha (2,22%), hutan rakyat dengan pemanfaatan terbatas seluas 6.442 Ha (23,14%) dan hutan rakyat dengan pemanfaatan intensif seluas 30.775 Ha (81,34%).

Community forest have the positive role either through economic social and also in ecology. Socially economics of community forest can improve the income, ready employment, and establish the area development, while from aspect of ecology of forest of sharing people able to positif in controling erosion and limpasan surface, improve;repairing land;ground fertility, and balance to arrange the water. Existence of community forest in various land condition cause the need of is existence of area function recommendation of community forest can be function precisely. Purposes of this research is to know the class of land position allocation at Regency Nganjuk. Others also design the area function recommendation of community forest allocation at Regency Nganjuk with the consideration of land position, land cover and strata of vegetation. The method used in this research is survey non terestris with analysis spasial by intergrasi technique remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS). Method used in compilation of land position is scoring method which have been done by Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan (BPKH) of IX Jawa-Madura The result obtained that Region of Regency Nganjuk which is in the form of divisible community forest into three class of land position that is secure area 30.775 Ha ( 81,34 %), rather sensitive area 6.442 Ha ( 23,14%), and sensitive area 619 Ha ( 2,22%). The land position class later then for the development of divisible community forest become three function area there are community forest for protected function area 619 Ha (2,22%), community forest with limited exploiting area 6.442 Ha (23,14%) and community forest for intensive exploiting area 30.775 Ha(81,34%)
