Analisis proyek bambu apus di Dusun Ngandong bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan dari pengusahaan bambu apus secara finansial dan ekonomi. Analisis proyek bambu apus menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu Net Pesent Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 24 responden. Sedangkan metode pengambilan data secara primer dan sekunder. Dari hasil analisis financial dan ekonomi didapatkan nilai sebagai berikut: FNPV sebesar Rp 57.218.990,65/ha, FBCR sebesar 1,96, dan FRR sebesar 32,88%. Sedangkan pada analisis ekonomi menghasilkan nilai kompensasi karbon sebesar Rp 6.773.052,54/ ha atau senilai 548.59 euro/ha dan ENPV sebesar Rp 65.494.352,78/ha, EBCR sebesar 2,12%, ERR sebesar 41,75%. Dari hasil penelitian, proyek bambu apus di Dusun Ngandong memberikan profitabiitas yang tinggi baik dari aspek finansial maupun ekonomi sehingga proyek layak untuk dijalankan.

Analysis on bambu apus project (Gigantolochloa apus Kurz.) in Ngandong Hamlet aims at determining the income contribution from bambu apus cultivation financially and economically. The analysis uses three parameters, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The method used in the sample extraction is purposive sampling from 24 respondents, using primary and secondary data collection method. From financial and economical analysis we obtained the following values: FNPV is Rp. 57.218.990,65/hectare FBCR is 1,96, and FRR is 32,88%. Whereas economical analysis determines that the carbon compensation value is Rp 6.773.052,54/hectare or equals with € 548.59/hectare, and ENPV value is Rp 65.494.352,78/hectare, EBCR is 2,12%, ERR is 41,75%. Based on the research result, the bambu apus project in Ngandong Hamlet has high profitability, both financially and economically, therefore the project is feasible.
