Analisis Finansial Usahatani Porang (Amorphopallus oncophillus Prain) di Areal Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (PHBM) KPH Saradan

Penelitian analisis usahatani porang di KPH Saradan tujuannya untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial dengan menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu: a. Net Present Value (NPV); b. Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR); c. Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan petani dari usahatani porang terhadap pendapatan totalnya. Sebagai responden untuk penelitian ini adalah petani dengan 5 stratifikasi luas garapan yaitu: 1. Strata I, luas < 0,25 Ha; 2. Strata II, luas 0,25 – 0,49 Ha; 3. Strata III, luas 0,5 – 0,74 Ha; 4. Strata IV, luas 0,75 – 0,99 Ha; 5. Strata V, luas ? 1 Ha. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan untuk luas per hektarnya sebagai berikut: a. Strata I: NPV Rp 5.614.407/Ha; BCR 1,37; IRR 24%; kontribusi: 61,01%. b. Strata II: NPV Rp 7.135.211/Ha; BCR 1,60; IRR 44%; kontribusi: 75,88%. c. Strata III: NPV Rp 3.329.397/Ha; BCR 1,48; IRR 28%; kontribusi: 87,70%. d. Strata IV: NPV Rp 5.691.537/Ha; BCR 1,87; IRR 44%; kontribusi: 74,34%. e. Strata V: NPV Rp 2.229.542/Ha; BCR 1,38; IRR 25%; kontribusi: 75,14%. Peneliti menyarankan sebaiknya petani menjual porang dalam bentuk kering dan diberikan akses untuk dapat menjual langsung ke pabrik.

The research on porang farm enterprise in KPH Saradan aims at determining the financial feasibility by using 3 parameters, namely: a. Net Present Value (NPV); b. Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR); c. Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Besides that, the research also aims at finding out farmers’ income contribution from porang farm enterprise to their total income. Respondents of the research are farmers with 5 different stratifications based on the size of the land they cultivate, namely: 1. Strata I, size < 0,25 Ha; 2. Strata II, size 0,25 – 0,49 Ha; 3. Strata III, size 0,5 – 0,74 Ha; 4. Strata IV, size 0,75 – 0,99 Ha; 5. Strata V, size ? 1 Ha. The research result comes to the conclusion for the size per hectare as follows: a. Strata I: NPV Rp 5.614.407/Ha; BCR 1,37; IRR 24%; contribution: 61,01%. b. Strata II: NPV Rp 7.135.211/Ha; BCR 1,60; IRR 44%; contribution: 75,88%. c.
