KORELASI NILAI POTENSI TEGAKAN HUTAN TANAMAN RAKYAT DENGAN GAYA MANAJEMEN HUTAN DI TANAH AB (AFKIREN BOSCH) DI DESA CANDIREJO SEMANU GUNUNGKIDUL

Pendugaan nilai potensi kayu bertujuan untuk menduga nilai potensi kayu perkakas dan kayu bakar pada tingkat rumah tangga yang bersumber dari tanah AB. Dugaan nilai potensi kayu ini dapat digunakan untuk pengaturan hasil hutan tanaman rakyat (HTR). Variabel-variabel yang digunakan untuk menduga potensi kayu merupakan variabel-variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan nilai potensi kayu, yaitu luas lahan garapan pada tanah AB, kerapatan tegakan, struktur tegakan dan perlakuan silvikultur. Model pendugaan nilai potensi dalam penelitian ini dibuat dengan dasar logika fuzzy dan disusun dengan bantuan Toolbox Matlab. Tahapan dalam menerapkan logika fuzzy untuk pendugaan nilai potensi kayu meliputi tahap fuzzyfikasi (penentuan himpunan fuzzy dan pembagian intervalnya), inferensi fuzzy (penyusunan aturan fuzzy yang menunjukan bagaimana sistem beroperasi), dan defuzzyfikasi (mengubah nilai fuzzy menjadi nilai tegas). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui model pendugaan nilai potensi kayu layak digunakan setelah dilakukan pengujian kelayakan model dengan menghitung simpangan rata-rata (SR) dan simpangan agregatif (SA). Nilai SR dan SA pada nilai kayu perkakas sebesar 9,8 dan 0,034 sedangkan nilai potensi kayu bakar sebesar 9,8 dan 0,006. Strategi meningkatkan nilai potensi Hutan Tanaman Rakyat (HTR) untuk kayu perkakas prioritasnya adalah struktur tegakan dbh 10-20 cm sedangkan kayu bakar prioritasnya adalah kerapatan tegakan.

Estimation of the potential value of timber intended to suspect the potential value of timber and fuel wood furnishings at the household level that comes from the ground AB. Allegations of the potential value of this wood can be used for fixing people's plantation forests(HTR). The variables used to estimate the potential of timber arethe variables that have a relationship with a potential value of timber, arable land area that is on the ground AB, stand density, stand structure and silvicultural treatments. The model estimates the potential value in this study was made on the basis of fuzzy logic and compiled with the help of MatlabToolbox. Stages in applying fuzzy logic to estimate (determination of a fuzzy set and the division of the interval), fuzzy inference (preparation of the fuzzy rules that show how the system operates), and defuzzyfikasi (changing the fuzzy value into the firm). Based on these results, note the model estimates the potential value of timber fit for use after testing the feasibility of themodel by calculating the averagedeviation (SR) and the deviation ofaggregative (SA). The SR and SA on timber value of 9.8 and 0.034 tooling while the potential value of fuelwood of 9.8 and 0.006. The strategy increases the potential value of forest plantation (HTR) for wood furnishings priority is the structure of stands 10 – 20 cm firewood while the priority is the density of the stand.
