PENGATURAN HASIL HUTAN KAYU PADA PENGELOLAAN HUTAN TANAMAN RAKYAT DI HUTAN AB (AFKIREN BOSCH) DESA CANDIREJO KECAMATAN SEMANU KABUPATEN GUNUNG KIDUL

Penelitian dilakukan di hutan tanaman rakyat Tanah AB Desa Candirejo. Pemanfaatan hasil hutan, termasuk dari hutan tanaman rakyat, perlu adanya pengaturan hasil agar dapat tercapai azas kelestarian. Kelestarian hasil hutan tanaman rakyat ini dipandang perlu mengingat peranan hutan tanaman rakyat dalam menyediakan bahan baku bagi industri perkayuan sangat besar. Metode pengaturan hasil yang digunakan adalah metode Von Mantel untuk menghitung etat volume, dan metode Brandis untuk menghitung etat berdasarkan jumlah pohon. Pengaturan tersebut didasarkan pada potensi yang diperoleh dari sample lahan garapan responden yang terpilih secara purposive. Umur daur yang dipakai adalah 15 dan 30 tahun untuk Jati, serta 10 dan 25 tahun untuk campuran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui potensi kayu jenis Jati sebesar 39,59 m3/Ha, dan campuran sebesar 9,06 m3/Ha. Hasil perhitungan etat dengan pendekatan volume untuk jenis jati sebesar 94,15 m3/Ha (untuk daur 30 tahun), dan campuran sebesar 25,88 m3/Ha (untuk daur 25 tahun). Hasil perhitungan etat dengan pendekatan jumlah pohon untuk jenis jati sebanyak 45 pohon/tahun (untuk daur 30 tahun), dan campuran sebanyak 6 pohon/tahun (untuk daur 25 tahun)

Research conducted at the HTR Tanah AB in Candirejo village. Utilization of forest products, including community plantation forest, is required yield regulation to achieve the principle of sustainability. Sustainability of community plantation forest products is necessary to considering the roles of community plantation forest provide raw material for the timber industry is very big. Yield regulation method used is the Von Mantel method to calculate the volume etat, and the Brandis method for calculating etat based on the number of trees. The yield regulation based on potency obtained from arable land from a sample of purposively selected respondents. Age cycle used was 15 and 30 years for teak, as well as 10 and 25 years for mixtures. Based on this research can be known of teak wood potential equal to 39,59 m3/ha, and a mixture potential equal to 9,06 m3/ha. The calculation result etat with the volume approach for teak wood equal to m3/ha 94,15 (for 30-years cycle), and a mixture equal to 25,88 m3/ha (for 25-years cycle). The calculation result etat with the approach of the number of trees for teak wood as much as 45 trees / year (for a cycle of 30 years), and a mixture as much as 6 trees / year (for a cycle of 30 years). Community plantation forest on the Tanah AB in the Candirejo Village maintained its continuity when logging is no more than the calculation performed etat felling.
