Peran Work Family balance dan Kualitas Pengasuhan terhadap Subjective Well Being pada Ibu Bekerja dengan Sistem Shift

Kondisi ini akan mempengaruhi keseimbangan dan memunculkan konflik terhadap berbagai peran yang dijalani ibu bekerja sehingga berpotensi terhadap rendahnya subjective well being ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work family balance dan kualitas pengasuhan terhadap subjective well being pada ibu bekerja dengan sistem shift. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat peran work family balance dan kualitas pengasuhan terhadap subjective well being pada ibu bekerja dengan sistem shift. Penelitian ini melibatkan 207 ibu bekerja dengan sistem shift di RSUD Sumbawa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Subjective Well being, skala Work Family Balance dan skala Kualitas Pengasuhan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa work family balance dan kualitas pengasuhan berperan terhadap subjective well being sebesar 60,1 persen. Kontribusi efektif work family balance sebesar 41 persen sementara kontribusi efektif dari kualitas pengasuhan sebesar 19,1 persen.
The working mother with the shift system is the mother who should have double roles in the home or in the workplace as the demands of the working shifts schedule. This condition will affect the balance and create conflicts to the roles done by the working mother and possibly causes the potency of the decreasing lowness of the mothers subjective well being. This research aims to discover the role of work family balance and the quality of parenting toward the subjective well being on the working mother with shift system. The hypothesis of this research is the role of work family balance and the quality of the parenting toward the subjective well being on the working mother with the shift system. This research involves 207 working mother with shift system at provincial hospital of Sumbawa. The collecting of the data used the Subjective Well being scale, Work Family Balance scale and parenting quality scale. The data analysis of this research used multiple regression analysis which showed that the work-family balance and the quality of the parenting had an important role to the subjective well being which was 60,1 percent. The effective contribution of work-family balance was 41 percent while the effective contribution of the quality of the parenting was 19,1 percent.
