KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN USAHATANI DI PETAK 69 TERHADAP PENDAPATAN TOTAL RUMAH TANGGA PETANI RPH Panggung, BKPH Dagangan, KPH Madiun, Perum Perhutani Unit II Jawa Timur

Kondisi sosial ekonomi petani di sekitar kawasan hutan RPH Panggung masih miskin. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya, Perum Perhutani KPH Madiun menerapkan strategi sistem PHBM dalam pengeiolaan hutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pendapatan nominal petani dari sistem PHBM; (2) present value pendapatan petani dari sistem PHBM; (3) kontribusi pendapatan petani dari sistem PHBM terhadap pendapatan total petani. Jumlah responden petani yang diambil adalah 31 orang dengan stratifikasi luas lahan andil adalah sebagai berikut: (a) strata I: 0,1-0,25 Ha; (b) strata II: 0,26- 0,41 Ha; (c) strata HI: 0,42-0,57 Ha; (d) strata IV: 0,9-1,05 Ha. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) pendapatan nominal petani dari sistem PHBM pada strata I (Rp1.360.741,-/Ha/Th), strata II (Rp 1.349.306,-/Ha/Th), strata III (Rp 1.285.583,-/Ha/Th), dan strata IV (Rp 1.234.167,-/Ha/Th); (2) present value pendapatan petani dari sistem PHBM pada strata I (Rpl.258.685,-/Ha/Th), strata II (Rp 1.248.108,-/Ha/Th), strata ID (Rp 1.189.164,-/Ha/Th), strata IV (Rp 1.141.604,- /Ha/Th); (3) kontribusi pendapatan petani dari sistem PHBM terhadap pendapatan total petani pada strata I (1,27%), strata II (0,84%), strata III (1,04%), dan strata IV (1,26%). Secara singkat, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem PHBM dinyatakan mampu memberikan kontribusi pendapatan yang signifikan.

The socio-economic condition of farmers in the vicinity of RPH Panggung is still poor. In an attempt to increase farmers’ income, Perum Perhutani KPH Madiun makes use of the Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (Collaborative Community of Forest Management) or the PHBM system in managing the forest. The aim of this research is to determine: (1) farmers’ nominal income earned from the PHBM system; (2) the net present value of farmers’ income earned from the PHBM system; (3) the contribution of farmers’ income from the PHBM system to their total income. The number of respondents involved is 31 with the following stratification of the width of the dedicated land plots (lahan andil): (a) strata I: 0.1 - 0.25 Ha; (b) strata II: 0.26- 0.41 Ha; (c) strata III: 0.42- 0.57 Ha; and (d) strata IV: 0.9- 1.05 Ha. The research result is as follows: (1) nominal income of farmers in strata I is Rp. 1,360,741/Ha/annum, strata II Rp. 1,349,306/Ha/annum, strata III Rp. 1,285,583/Ha/annum, and strata IV Rp. 1,234,167/Ha/annum; (2) the net present value of farmers’ income with an interest rate of 8% p.a. in strata I is Rp. 1,258,685/Ha/annum, strata II Rp. 1,248,108/Ha/annum, strata HI Rp. 1,189,164/Ha/annum, and strata IV Rp. 1,141,604/Ha/annum; (3) contribution of the income to farmers’ total income in strata I is 1.27%, strata II 0.84%, strata III 1.04%, and strata IV 1.26%. In brief, in can be concluded that the PHBM system is considered capable of generating a significant contribution to the farmers’ income
