KAJIAN PERCEPATAN PROYEK MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAST TRACK DAN CRASHING PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GALANGAN KAPAL PT. IKI MAKASSAR

Kajian percepatan proyek diperlukan untuk menghindari keterlambatan ataupun untuk mencapai tujuan dari suatu proyek yang sedang berjalan ataupun untuk mencapai suatu target waktu tertentu. Tujuan dari kajian percepatan proyek ini adalah untuk mempercepat waktu penyelesaian proyek dari waktu penyelesaian rencana semula yaitu pada tanggal 10 Februari 2019 menjadi tanggal 31 Oktober 2018. Hal ini dikarenakan Project Manager dan Staff memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan proyek selanjutnya apabila memenuhi target tersebut. Kajian ini membahas mengenai kajian percepatan proyek menggunakan metode Fast Track dan Crashing untuk menentukan biaya dan waktu percepatan untuk mencapai tujuan proyek. Metode Fast Track dilakukan dengan mencari jadwal yang realistis untuk melakukan pekerjaan lebih awal dari jadwal rencana, sedangkan Crashing dilakukan dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) untuk mengurangi durasi penyelesaian proyek dan mempertimbangkan biaya. Hasil analisa menggunakan metode Fast Track adalah dapat mengurangi durasi pelaksanaan proyek sebanyak 79 hari yaitu dari durasi rencana yakni 436 hari yang selesai pada tanggal 10 Februari 2019 sampai dengan durasi setelah percepatan yaitu 353 hari yang selesai pada tanggal 22 November 2018. Sedangkan analisa menggunakan metode Crashing dapat lebih mengurangi durasi pelaksanaan proyek sebanyak 22 hari sehingga dapat memenuhi target yakni selesai pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2018 dengan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp 212.880.000,00.

Project acceleration studies are needed to avoid delays or to achieve the objectives of an ongoing project. The purpose of this project acceleration study is to accelerate the completion time of the project from the time of completion of the original plan, which is on February 10, 2019 to October 31, 2018. This is because the Project Manager and Staff have the opportunity to get further projects if they achieve the target This study discusses the study of project acceleration using the Fast Track and Crashing methods to determine the cost and time of acceleration to achieve the project objectives. The Fast Track method is done by looking for a realistic schedule to do work earlier than the plan schedule, while Crashing is done by adding working hours (overtime) to reduce the duration of project completion and consider the cost. The results of the analysis using the Fast Track method is that it can reduce the duration of the project implementation by 79 days from the duration of the plan which is 436 days completed on February 10, 2019 to the duration after the acceleration of 353 days completed on November 22, 2018. While the analysis uses the Crashing method can more reduce the duration of project implementation by 22 days so that it can meet the target, which is completed on 31 October 2018 with an additional fee of Rp 212,880,000.00.
