Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi pada UKM Kerajinan Mebel Bambu Dusun Sendari, Kabupaten Sleman)

Sentra industri kerajinan mebel bambu di Dusun Sendari merupakan sentra yang memiliki nilai produk tertinggi diantara sentra industri kerajinan bambu lainnya di Kabupaten Sleman. Namun demikian, ada ketimpangan keberhasilan usaha pada UKM di dalam sentra tersebut. Kendala tersebut dapat dipicu oleh motivasi berwirausaha sebagai aspek mental yang menjadi akar kendala bagi keberhasilan UKM. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha secara simultan dan parsial, serta mengetahui distribusi tingkat keberhasilan usaha pada UKM kerajinan mebel bambu Dusun Sendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan motivasi berwirausaha sebagai variabel independen dan keberhasilan usaha sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel terdiri atas 15 responden yang merupakan pengusaha UKM kerajinan mebel bambu Dusun Sendari. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa secara simultan motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh sebesar 95,7 persen terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Secara parsial, dari 6 motivasi berwirausaha yang diujikan, motivasi Mencukupi Kebutuhan, Mewarisi Usaha, dan Keinginan untuk Berkembang adalah motivasi yang berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan motivasi Mencukupi Kebutuhan sebagai motivasi yang paling berpengaruh signifikan. Distribusi tingkat keberhasilan usaha menggolongkan UKM kerajinan mebel bambu Dusun Sendari menjadi 13,33 persen Sangat Berhasil, 46,67 persen Berhasil, 26,67 persen Cukup Berhasil, dan 13,33 persen Kurang Berhasil.

Sendari Hamlet bamboo furniture handicraft industrial center is the industrial center that has the highest product value among the others bamboo handicraft industrial centers in Sleman Regency. However, there is an inequality of business success in the SMEs of that center. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation to business success simultaneously and partially as well as knowing the distribution of the success rate of businessess in the bamboo furniture handicraft SMEs in Sendari Hamlet. This research uses descriptive statistical method and the data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with entrepreneurial motivation as independent variables and business success as the dependent variable. The sample consists 15 respondents who are SME entrepreneurs of the Sendari Hamlet bamboo furniture handicraft. From the research that has been done, the results showed that entrepreneurial motivation simultaneously affects 95,7 percent of the business success. Partially, from the 6 entrepreneurial motivation tested, motivation to meet the needs, inherit business, and desire to develop are motivations that have positive effects on business success with meet the needs as the most significant motivation. The distribution of the businesses success rate was classifying the SMEs in Sendari Hamlet bamboo furniture handicraft as 13,33 percent Very Successful, 46,67 percent Successful, 26,67 percent Quiet Successful, and 13,33 percent Less Successful.
