Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika - Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, Plant Yogyakarta yang bergerak di bidang minuman nutrisi dalam bentuk produk susu untuk ibu dan anak. Penyusunan SOP yang dibuat untuk perusahaan adalah SOP keluar-masuk barang berupa jenis barang gimmick, jenis barang POSM (Point of Sales Materials), dan jenis barang lain-lain, yang berguna untuk menunjang kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan perusahaan terhadap shopper dan konsumen. Dalam parameter pencapaian suatu perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan pengendalian internal agar semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan berjalan dengan baik dan sistematis, perusahaan membutuhkan aturan yang menjadi dasar bagi karyawan untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang disebut Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Tujuan utama dari implementasi SOP adalah untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam proses kerja yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan. Melalui adanya SOP sistem persediaan tersebut maka perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian internal perusahaan.

This research is done in PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika - Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, Plant Yogyakarta that runs within the field of nutritioned beverages in the form of dairy products for mothers and children. The forming of SOP for the company is the SOP of in-out items; Gimmicks, POSM (Point of Sales Materials) items, and other items, which are useful in supporting the marketing and sales activities in the company towards shoppers and consumers. In the parameter of a company's achievement in maximizing the use of the internal control in order for the activities done by the staff to run well and sistematically, a company needs rules that would be the base for the staff to do their jobs that is the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The main purpose of the SOP implementation is to avoid any mistakes during the process of work that could lead to the company's loss. Through the SOP of the inventory system, hopefully the company could increase the effectivity of its internal control.
