Hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja terhadap Dampak Pernikahan Dini pada Siswa di SMPN 3 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Pengetahuan tentang dampak pernikahan dini merupakan tindakan seseorang yang bisa menentukan sikap perilaku seseorang tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Beberapa dampak pernikahan dini antara lain dampak psikologis, dampak kesehatan (reproduksi dan seksual), dampak ekonomi, dan dampak sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang dampak pernikahan dini pada siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan populasi terjangkau kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Playen Gunungkidul pada tanggal 13 September 2018. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Analisis data univariabel menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase masing-masing variabel sedangkan analisis data bivariabel menggunakan uji statistik chi square (x2). Hasil penelitian pada 74 responden menunjukkan 62,7% siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang dampak pernikahan dini dan sebanyak 58 responden menunjukkan 49,2% memiliki sikap cukup tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Hasil uji statistik chi square (x2) setelah dilakukan recategory didapatkan p-value=0,003 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang dampak pernikahan dini. Remaja dengan pengetahuan yang baik tentang dampak pernikahan dini mempunyai sikap untuk melakukan pernikahan dini.

The knowledge about the impact of early marriage is an action that can affects person�s behavior. Early marriage causes impact in some aspect, such as Psychological, health (reproduction and sexual), economic, and social impact. The purpose of this research is to understand the correlation between knowledge and teenager�s behavior about the impact of early marriage. The subjects of this research are students in SMP Negeri 3 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul. This Research use Cross Sectional Design within the population of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Playen Gunungkidul in September13th 2018. The collecting data for this research is using total sampling method. The tools that used in this research is knowledge questionaire and their behavior about the impact of early marriage. The Analyze of univariabel is using frequency distribution and percentage of each variable. While analyze of bivariabel data is using chi square (x2) statistical test. Based on the research from 74 respondents, it represent 62,7% students have a good knowledge about the impacts of early marriage, and 58 respondent show 49,2% have adequate behavior about the impacts of early marriage. The results of chi square (x2) statistical test after re-category is p-value=0,003 < 0,05, so there is a correlation between knowledge and teenager�s behavior about the impact of early marriage. The teenagers who have a good knowledge about the effect of the early marriage have a willing to do that marriage.
