Efisiensi Combustion Turbine 2 Sebelum dan Sesudah Dilakukan Engine Change Out di PT Gresik Power Indonesia

Listrik merupakan salah satu energi yang begitu penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Gas Turbine Generator merupakan salah satu power plant yang ada di PT. Gresik Power Indonesia. Menjaga performa dari turbin gas, peralatan dalam sistem turbin gas harus dijaga kondisinya agar dapat bekerja secara optimal. Efisiensi dari turbin gas dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan performa dapat diketahui dengan dilakukan perawatan overhaul combustion inspection. Perawatan overhaul combustion inspection terhadap efisiensi turbin gas dilakukan analisa menggunakan data tes sebelum dan sesudah engine change out. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa combustion turbine 2 di PT.Gresik Power Indonesia memiliki efisiensi yang menurun setelah dilakukan engine change out, yang dapat dilihat dari penurunan efisiensi siklus sebesar 1,96% , efisiensi turbin sebesar 4,24% dan kenaikan efisiensi kompresor sebesar 2,68%. SFC (Specific Fuel Consumtion) yang naik 0,011 kg/kWh serta ditemukan kerusakan komponen seperti korosi pada 1st stage compressor, crack pada 1st stage nozzle, thermal erosion dan hot spots di bagian combustor, kotoran dengan deposit karbon pada fuel injector, dan kotornya hasil sampel water wash online yang menjadi faktor menurunnya efisiensi turbin gas.

Maintain the performance of the gas turbine, the equipment in the gas turbine system must be maintained in order to work optimally. The efficiency of the gas turbine and the factors that affect the performance degradation can be determined by overhaul combustion inspection. Combustion inspection overhaul treatment on gas turbine efficiency was analyzed using test data before and after engine change out. After calculation, it can be concluded that combustion turbine 2 PT. Gresik Power Indonesia plant has decreased efficiency after engine change out, which can be seen from the decrease of cycle efficiency of 1.96%, turbine efficiency of 4.24% and increase in compressor efficiency by 2.68%. SFC (Specific Fuel Consumtion) is up by 0.011 kg / kWh and found damage to components such as corrosion at 1st stage compressor, crack on 1st stage nozzle, thermal erosion and hot spots in combustor, dirt wisth a deposit carbon in fuel injector, and dirty sample water wash online which become factor of decreasing efficiency of gas turbine.
