Social Licence to Operate adalah bagaimana lisensi sosial atau penerimaan sosial yang hadir dari masyarakat. Respon dari masyarakat dalam hal ini penerimaan masyarakat lingkar tambang akan keberadaan perusahaan tambang nikel akan berbeda antar satu masyarakat dengan masyarakat lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika masyarakat dalam pemberian lisensi sosial terhadap keberadaan perusahaan Sulawesi Resource desa lingkar tambang Desa Bahomoahi, Kecamatan Bungku Timur, Kabupaten Morowali, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Social Licence to Operate dari Thomson dan Boutilier. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang akan mempengaruhi penerimaan masyarakat yaitu legitimasi ekonomi, legitimasi sosial politik, kepercayaan interaksional dan kepercayaan institusional. Metode kualitatif berjenis deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana dinamika masyarakat dalam penerimaan terhadap perusahaan. Dalam temuan proses dinamika masyarakat kepada perusahaan memunculkan beberapa penerimaan sosial. Lisensi sosial masyarakat dalam penerimaan keberadaan perusahaan tambang nikel PT Sulawesi Resource tersebut dalam bentuk dinamika masyarakat. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dinamika masyarakat dalam pemberian lisensi sosial ada tiga varian sikap penerimaan sosial masyarakat yaitu sikap menerima dan mendukung keberadaan perusahaan, artinya terlibat dalam aktivitas perusahaan; sikap menerima, namun tidak terlibat mendukung secara langsung terhadap aktivitas keberadaan perusahaan; dan sikap menolak sebagian sekaligus menerima sebagian atas keberadaan perusahaan Kata Kunci: Masyarakat Lingkar Tambang, Dinamika Masyarakat, Social Licence to Operate

Social Licence to Operate is how social licensing or social acceptance is present from the community. The response from the community in the mining circle community will be the existence ofe the nickel mining company will differ from one society to the other. The purpose of this study is to find out how the dynamics of society in the social licensing of the existence of the company Sulawesi Resource mine village circumference Bahomoahi Village, East Bungku District, Morowali District, Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses the concept of Social Licence to Operate from Thomson and Boutulier. There are several factors that will affect the acceptance of society that is economic legitimacy, socio-political legitimacy, interactional trust, and instutional trust. Descriptive type qualitative methods are used to provide an overview of the dynamics of the community in the acceptance of the company. In the findings of the process of community dynamics to the company raises some social acceptance. The social licence of the community in accepting the existence of the PT Sulawesi Resource nickel mining company in the form of community dynamics. This study found that the dynamics of the community in the provision of social licences there are three variants of social acceptance attitudes, namely the attitude of accepting and supporting the existence of the company, meaning that it is involved in the activities of the company, partly for the excistence of the company.
