INTISARI Teknologi otomotif merupakan salah satu bidang yang perkembangan teknologinya selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan. Perkembangan teknologi otomotif didasarkan pada tiga hal pokok yaitu kenyamanan, keamanan dan ramah lingkungan. Sistem AC (Air Conditioner) merupakan bagian dari sistem yang ada pada mobil untuk mencapai keyamanan dan keamanan dalam berkendara. Dengan rusaknya trainer AC Toyota kijang mendorong penulis untuk melakukan rekondisi. Dalam proses rekondisi langkah yang dilakukan adalah pemeriksaan visual, pengecekan komponen kelistrikan, pengecekan kebocoran, perbaikan, dan pengisian kembali oli kompresor dan refrigerant. Komponen yang harus diganti adalah fuse, relay, pipa tekanan tinggi dari kondensor ke receiver-dryer, tutup belakang kompresor dan wiring ulang sistem kelistrikan. Sedangkan komponen yang harus diperbaiki adalah sambungan pipa atau selang pada sistem Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan penggantian komponen mesin AC dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Udara yang keluar dari evaporator memiliki temperatur 11,1 derajat celcius dengan motor blower pada kecepatan tiga dan berada pada kelembaban yang dijinkan. ABSTRACT Automotive technology is one of the areas of development the technology always follows the times and demands. Development automotive technology is based on three main things, namely comfort, security and environmentally friendlyThe AC (Air Conditioner) system is part of the existing system on the car to achieve security and safety in driving. With damage to the Toyota kijang AC trainer encourages the writer to recondition. In the process of reconditioning the steps taken are visual inspection, checking of electrical components, leak checking, repairs, and replenishment of compressor oil and refrigerant. The components that must be replaced are fuses, relays, high pressure pipes from the condenser to the receiver-dryer, the compressor's rear cap and the electrical system wiring. While the components that must be repaired are pipe connections or hoses on the system After the repair and replacement of trainer air conditioner component can to function properly. The air coming out of the evaporator has a temperature 11,1 derajat celcius with a motor blower at speed 3^th and humidity value in the permitted area.
