PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BERBASIS MICROSOFT EXCEL PADA UMKM PLANET KAOS 99

Seiring perkembangan jaman, teknologi informasi tidak asing dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah aspek dalam bidang ekonomi. Salah satu dampaknya adalah kebutuhan akan sistem informasi akuntansi yang mudah dan akurat dan dapat dipercaya oleh pengguna tidak terkecualikan oleh pelaku UMKM. Planet Kaos 99 merupakan salah satu UMKM di Batang yang bergerak dalam bidang konveksi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi terkait dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Untuk pembukuan setiap periode masih sangat sederhana. Pencatatan transaksi berupa pemasukan kas dan pengeluaran kas saja. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penyusunan laporan keuangan pada UMKM Planet Kaos 99. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi secara langsung, dokumen data. Perancangan sistem menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil Dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pencatatan atas transaksi dengan hasil berupa laporan keungan.

As the time progress,information and technology are familiar in all aspects of life. One is the aspects in the field of the economy. One of the impact is a need for accounting information systems which is easy, accurate, and reliable by users, do not excluded by subject SMEs. Planet kaos 99 is one of SMEs in Batang engaged in the field of convection. Problems faced related in the manufacture of the financial statements. Counting each period is still very simple. Transaction recording only by the form of income cash and spending cash. Therefore, the researchers aims to design system preparation of the financial statements on SME planet kaos 99. This study using descriptive analysis quantitative data collection methods form of an interview, observation directly, document data. System design use the application Microsoft excel. The result of this research is recording system transactions with the results of the form of the report finance.
