Tugas Akhir ini berjudul Rekontruksi Arsip di UPTD Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo Yogyakarta. Tujuan membuat Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inakif tidak tertur. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ada tiga cara antara lain wawancara, observasi partisipasi, studi pustaka. Wawancara merupakan proses tanya jawab secara lisan kepada beberaspa narasumber untuk mencapai tujuan yang memenuhi referensi. Observasi partisipasi adalah proses pengamatan yang dilakukan dating secara langsung ke museum untuk melihat apa saja yang akan diolah. Sedangan studi pustaka merupakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara penelusuran yang berkaitan dengan topik penulis. Kesimpulan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif tidak teratur di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Antara lain mengolah arsip inaktif yang masih kacau mulai dari pemilahan, pendeskripsian, manuver, penomoran definitif, entry data, pembungkusan, memasukkan arsip dalam bok, pelebelan sampai tahap akhir yaitu penataan bok. Prores pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif terdapat kendala antara lain, sarana-prasarana yang belum memadai, kuranganya SDM, Recod Center yang belum ada.

This Final Project is entitled "Record Reconstruction in UPTD Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo ". There purpose of this Final Report is to find out how the processing of inaccurate inactive record. There are three methods used to collect the data. First is interview, second is partisipatiory observation, and the last is literature study. The interview is an oral question and answer process to some speakers to achieve the objectives that meet the references. Partisipatiory observation is a processing of observation by direct practice in Museum Sonobudoyo. And literature study is search references that related to the study of this Final Project. The conclusion of this Final Project is the processing of inaccurate dynamic inactive record are processing inactive record which are chaotic in the Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Activities carried out include processing inactive archives that are still chaotic, ranging from sorting, description, maneuver, definitive numbering, data entry, wrapping, insert record to the box, melting up to the final stage, arrangement box. Inactive record processing has constraints thet is inadequate infrastructure, lack of human resources, there is not Recods Center.
