Setiap umat islam diwajibkan membayar zakat fitrah, zakat fitrah merupakan sarana umat islam untuk berbagi terhadap sesama, pada pembagian zakat fitrah, salah satu hal yang terpenting adalah pengukuran berat beras zakat yang akan diberikan, takaran beras zakat tidak boleh kurang dari 2,5 kilogram, sedangkan pada industri pengepakan beras zakat yang ditimbang melebihi batas minimum zakat fitrah perusahaan tersebut akan mengalami kerugian. Konveyor penimbang beras zakat fitrah berbasis mikrokontroler ini dirancang agar penimbangan dan pengangkutan beras zakat fitrah dapat berlangsung cepat dan presisi, konveyor akan menggerakan wadah beras ke arah katup corong, setelah itu katup penutup akan mengalirkan beras menuju wadah, beras yang telah memasuki wadah kemudian tertimbang oleh load cell. Pengolah beras zakat disusun dengan menggabungkan 2 sistem, yaitu sistem penimbangan dan sistem pemindahan barang, sistem penimbangan bekerja dengan menggunakan sensor load cell sedangkan sistem pemindah bergerak dengan menggunakan motor AC. Sistem penimbang beras ini menghasilkan sistem pengambilan data berat dengan akurasi 90% dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 percobaan pada berat 2,5 Kg. Standar deviasi sistem adalah 0.00379 kg. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya sistem gabungan tersebut akan meminimalisir kinerja manusia dalam pengukuran beras zakat

This rice weighing system produces a heavy data retrieval system with 90% accuracy with 100 samples taken at a weight of 2.5 Kg. The system standard deviation is 0.00379 kg. Therefore with the combined system will minimize human performance measurement of rice in zakat.
