PENGUKURAN DAN ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE COBB-DOUGLASDI PT KAMPUNG COKLAT BLITAR, JAWA TIMUR

PT Kampung Coklat merupakan industri yang tergolong cukup besar sebagai salah satu industri pengolah kakao menjadi berbagai macam produk cokelat. Pendistribusian dan penjualan produk dari industri ini hanya berada di sekitar daerah Jawa Timur khusunya Blitar dan sekitarnya. Ditinjau dari aspek kualitas, biji kakao yang dihasilkan dari daerah Jawa Timur ini memiliki potensi rasa yang lebih baik daripada cokelat dari Ghana, Sulawesi Selatan, maupun Bali. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa produk cokelat yang dihasilkan oleh industri ini memiliki kualitas yang baik karena penggunaan bahan baku dengan kualitas yang baik pula. Salah satu tolak ukur dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan adalah dengan adanya pengukuran produktivitas. Pengukuran ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui apakah produktivitas perusahaan berpengaruh besarterhadap pendistribusian dan perkembangan produk dari industri ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran produktivitas pada PT Kampung Coklat ini adalah penggunaan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dengan periode hitung yaitu 1 Juli 2017 hingga 31 Juli2017. Parameter yang digunakan pada pengukuran produktivitas ini adalah jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah jam kerja, jumlah output, energi pekerja, energi listrik dan energi mesinyang digunakan pada setiap periode produksi. Penggunaan metode ini dapat mengetahui elastisitas dan efektivitas tenaga kerja dan energi secara bersamaan serta dapat menentukan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap perubahan produktivitas di industri tersebut. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh dapat diketahui dengan memasukkan hasil perhitungan pada fungsi produksi cobb-douglas,sehingga dapat diidentifikasi pengaruh yang paling dominan pada perubahan produktivitas perusahaan dengan menggunakan uji t.

PT Kampung Coklat is a quite large industry which processing cocoa into various types of chocolate products. Distribution and sale of the products only around the East Java region especially Blitar and surrounding areas. In terms of the quality aspect, cocoa beans produced from East Java has better potential taste than chocolate from Ghana, South Sulawesi, and Bali.This matter indicated that the chocolate products from this industry has good quality due to the use of raw materials with good quality as well.One of the standard in determining the success of a company is by the measurement of productivity. This measurement was intended to determine whether the company productivity greatly affected the product distribution and development. The used method in the productivity measurement of PT Kampung Coklat was Cobb-Douglas,during period of1st until 31th of July 2017. The parameters used in this productivity measurement were the number of employees,time work, and output, labors energy, electrical energy and machines energy that used in each batch. The use of this method were to determine the labors and energy elasticity and effectiveness and also to determine the most dominant factor toward the productivity change from the industry.The most influencial factor can be known by entering the calculation result in the production function of Cobb-Douglas, so it can be identified the most dominant influence on productivity change of company by using t-test.
