ANALISIS KINERJA PROYEK STUDI KASUS: PROYEK TEPAT WAKTU VS PROYEK TERBENGKALAI

Salah satu bentuk indikator keberhasilan pembangunan suatu proyek adalah tentang ketepatan waktu realisasi perencanaan proyek tersebut. Implementasi dari asumsi-asumsi rasio perhitungan finansial proyek, sebagai bentuk dari input yang mendukung kelayakan rencana proyek, maupun harapan-harapan berupa output dan juga outcome yang ingin dicapai berpengaruh besar terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas proyek tersebut. Dalam hal ini, proyek yang akan diuji-bandingkan ialah pembangunan proyek Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Riau 2x110 MW yang berlokasi di aliran Sungai Siak pada Kawasan Industri Tenayan, Pekanbaru, Riau yang dibangun sesuai dengan perencanaan waktunya, dengan pabrik Smelter Grade Alumina (SGA) di Mempawah, Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat yang terbengkalai 4 tahun dari waktu yang direncanakan. Lalu, bagaimana perbandingan kinerja kedua proyek tersebut jika dilihat dari perspektif ketepatan waktu pembangunan proyeknya?

One of a project�s successful development indicators is the project planning timeliness realization. The implementation of the project's financial calculation assumptions, as a form of the input that supports of the project feasibility planning, as well as the expectations of the output and also the outcomes, that are want to be achieved, have a major effect on efficiency and effectiveness of the projects. In this case, the projects that would be compared are the construction of the 2x110 MW Riau Steam Power Plant (PLTU) project located in the Siak River flow in Tenayan Industrial Zone, Pekanbaru, Riau which is built in accordance with its time planning with the Smelter Grade Alumina (SGA) plant in Mempawah, Pontianak, West Kalimantan which is still neglected for 4 years from the planned time. Then, how does the comparison performance of that two projects from the project development timeliness perspective?
