Pemilihan fondasi dalam merupakan hal yang sangat penting sebelum membuat sebuah bangunan. Penggunaan fondasi yang kurang tepat dapat mempengaruhi pemborosan biaya dan waktu pekerjaan. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai evaluasi pemilihan fondasi bore pile dan fondasi spun pile yang digunakan dalam proyek pembangunan jalan tol Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated dari segi metode, waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe fondasi yang paling tepat dan efisien. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode perbandingan yaitu mempertimbangkan segi metode, biaya dan waktu dari masing-masing fondasi, selanjutnya melakukan kajian teori dengan mempertimbangkan variabel yang lain berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Hasil evaluasi antara fondasi bore pile dan fondasi spun pile dengan daya dukung yang hampir sama, didapatkan tipe fondasi yang paling efisien yaitu fondasi spun pile dengan biaya sebesar Rp 593.000.000,00 dan durasi pelaksanaan selama 21 hari. Penggunaan fondasi spun pile dapat menghemat waktu sebesar 30 persen dan biaya sebesar 15,53 persen.

The selection of foundation in is very important before making a building. The use of inappropriate foundation can affect the cost and waste of time of work. This research will discuss about the evaluation of the selection bore pile foundation and spun pile foundation used in road construction project of Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated in terms of methods, time and costs. The purpose of this research is to find the most appropriate foundation type and efficiency. The evaluation is done by the method of comparison that is considering in terms of the methods, costs and timing of each foundation, further study of the theory by considering the other variables based on preexisting research. The results of evaluations between the bore pile foundation and the spun pile foundation with almost the same support resources, obtained the most efficient type of foundation that is spun pile foundation with cost of Rp 593,000,000.00 and duration of implementation for 21 days. The use of the spun pile foundation can save 30 percent time work and 15,53 percent fee.
