PERBANDINGAN PENCAPAIAN NILAI PROGRESS TEST ANTAR SUBDIVISI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN DOKTER SPESIALIS ILMU KESEHATAN MATA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UGM TAHUN 2015-2017

LATAR BELAKANG: Progress test sudah semakin populer digunakan oleh berbagai universitas di dunia, salah satunya digunakan oleh Universitas Gadjah Mada. Progress test merupakan alat yang digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi yang berkepanjangan untuk latihan para residen, dimana materi yang digunakan dalam progress test tersebut merupakan kumpulan materi Ujian Nasional.Ujian progress test dapat dilakukan secara berkala untuk memantau dan mengukur peningkatan kemampuan teori dari setiap dokter residen. Metode progress test ini dapat membangun cara belajar mandiri dari seorangndokter sehingga mampu untuk mencapai berbagai kompetensi yang akan ditempuh. Oleh karena kepadatan jadwal kerja residen, sehingga dibuatlah inovasi baru menggunakan metode e-learning GAMEL. TUJUAN:Mengetahui perbandingan nilai progress test antar subdivisi yang dilakukan oleh residen PPDS ilmu kesehatan mata FKKMK UGM melalui media GAMEL. METODE:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan uji Friedman. Subjek penelitian ini adalahdata progress test Residen PPDS Mata FK UGM tahun 2015-2017 yang sedang aktif lebih dari semester 6 berjumlah 245 subjek. HASIL:Pada penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antar 10 subdivisi mata dengan nilai p < 0,05. Hasil rerata tertinggi adalah subdivisi neuroophthalmology dengan nilai 53,367 dan rerata terendah adalah subdivisi refraksi dengan nilai 35,183. KESIMPULAN:Pencapaiannilai progress test antar subdivisi departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Mata tidaklah sama, serta memiliki perbandingan rerata dengan hasil subdivisi tertinggi adalah neuroophthalmology dan nilai hasil paling rendah adalah subdivisi refraksi.

Background:Progress test is increasingly popular used by universities in the world, one of which is used by Gadjah Mada University. Progress test have been proven to be usefulas a longitudinal feedback instrumentfor the practice of resident, where the material used in the progress test is a collection of National Exam materials. A progress test may be conducted periodically to monitor and measure the improvement of theoretical capabilities of each resident physician. This progress test method can build independent ways of learning from a doctor so as to be able to achieve the various competencies that will be pursued. Due to the density of resident work schedule, a new innovation was made using GAMEL e-learning method. Objectives:Knowing the comparative value of progress test between subdivisions conducted by resident ophthalmology FKKMK UGM through GAMEL media. Method:This research uses quantitative descriptive method with Friedman test. The subject of this research is data progress test Resident Ophthalmology FKKMK UGM year 2015-2017 which is active more than 6 period amounted 244 subjects. Result: In this study, it was found that there was a significant comparison between 10 eye subdivisions with p <0.05. The highest mean result was subdivision of neuroophthalmology with value 53,367 and the lowest mean was refraction subdivision with value 35,183. Conclusion: The achievement of the progress test value between subdivisions of the Department of ophthalmology is not the same, and has an average comparison with the highest subdivision result is neuroophthalmology and the lowest result value is the refractionsubdivision.
