Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji peran Dewan Kehormatan Notaris di Kota Kendari terhadap potensi pelanggaran Kode Etik Notaris melalui layanan laman (website) Star Of Service dan Untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Dewan Kehormatan Notaris di Kota Kendari dalam penegakkan Kode Etik Notaris terhadap potensi pelanggaran Kode Etik Notaris melalui laman (website) Star Of Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian empiris yaitu penelitian yang dimulai dengan meneliti data sekunder dan selanjutnya meneliti data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah Purposive Sampling dengan ciri Notaris yang menjabat sebagai DKD Kota Kendari dan Notaris yang tencantum namanya dalam Laman (website) Star Of Service. Subyek dalam penelitian ini ialah Responden antara lain Ketua dan anggota Dewan Kehormatan Daerah Kota Kendari, serta Notaris JB dan RR yang tercantum namanya dalam Laman (website) Star Of Service ; dan Narasumber ialah Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghofur Anshori, S.H., M.H. Dr. Harry Purwanto, S.H., M.Hum, Sudirman S.H,. M.Kn, Mifta Husabri Asbar S.H., M.Kn, Karlina S.H., M.Kn. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Dewan Kehormatan Daerah lemah dalam melakukan penegakan kode etik khususnya terhadap dugaan pelanggaran kode etik melalui Laman (website) Star Of Service. Kendala yang dihadapi Dewan Kehormatan Daerah Kota Kendari dalam penegakan kode etik terhadap dugaan pelanggaran kode etik melalui Laman (website) Star Of Service yakni kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai Internet, rasa segan untuk bertindak tegas, kesibukan masing-masing DKD Kota kendari sebagai Notaris aktif, moral dan integritas pribadi masing-masing berbeda, Kurangnya rasa kepedulian rekan-rekan Notaris terhadap penegakan Kode Etik Notaris .Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Kehormatan Daerah untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu dengan belajar mengenai kemajuan teknologi, bersikap profesional,mengatur waktu, Notaris instropeksi diri agar dapat menjaga kehormatan dan wibawa jabatannya.

This study aimed to find out and to examine the Notary Board of Trustees roles in Kendari toward the potential violation of the Notary Code of Ethics through the online services in Star of Service website and to find out and to examine the obstacles faced by the Notary Board of Trustees in Kendari in enforcing the Notary Code of Ethics toward the potential violation of it through the Star of Service website. This study used empirical research which began by examining secondary data and then examined the primary data. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with characteristic of a notary who served as the DKD of Kendari and a notary who listed his/her name in the Star of Service website. The subjects in this study were the Chair and Members of the Notary Board of Trustees in Kendari, as well as the "JB" and "RR" Notaries listed in their names in the Star of Service website; and the resource persons were Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghofur Anshori, S.H., M.H. Dr. Harry Purwanto, S.H., M.Hum, Sudirman S.H ,. M.Kn, Mifta Husabri Asbar S.H., M.Kn, Karlina S.H., M.Kn. This study used qualitative analysis methods. The results of the study showed that the role of the Regional Board of Trustees was weak in enforcing the code of ethics, especially on alleged violations of the code of ethics in the Star of Service website. The obstacle faced by the Board of Trustees in Kendari in enforcing a code of ethics for alleged violations of the code of ethics through the Star of Service website was a lack of knowledge about the internet, reluctance to act decisively, the busyness of every DKD in Kendari as an active Notary, difference of personal moral and integrity, lack of concern of fellow Notaries towards the enforcement of the Notary Code of Ethics. Efforts made by the Regional Board of Trustees to overcome these obstacles were by learning about technological advances, being professional, managing time, notary public introspection in order to maintain honor and dignity of their positions.
