ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM (ICS) DENGAN MODEL PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI YANG DIMODIFIKASI PADA RIA BUSANA CHAIN STORE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Inventory Control System (ICS), sebuah aplikasi yang wajib digunakan oleh pegawai Ria Busana Chain Store, berdasarkan perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use yang dipengaruhi oleh management support. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model yang diperkenalkan Davis pada tahun 1986 dengan modifikasi pada variabel attitude dan intention untuk mencapai tujuan evaluasi sistem yang digunakan selama satu tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada seluruh pengguna aplikasi ICS. Hasil kuisioner dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah management support, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan attitude toward reusing, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah information system continuance intention. Hasil analisis terhadap 84 kuesioner yang diterima, menunjukkan bahwa management support dan perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh terhadap information system continuance intention. Sedangkan perceived ease of use melalui attitude toward reusing tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention. Di antara variabel-variabel tersebut, perceived usefulness merupakan faktor paling kuat yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan ICS secara berkelanjutan pada pegawai Ria Busana Chain Store.

This research was to examine the factors that influenced users in using the Inventory Control System (ICS) application, a mandatory application for Ria Busana Chain Store employees with its perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as influenced by the management support. This research used the Technology Acceptance Model introduced by Davis in 1986 by modifying attitude and intention variables to obtain a system evaluation used for one year. This research was quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed to all ICS application users. The results were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The independent variables in this research were management support, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward reusing, while the dependent variable was information system continuance intention. The analysis of 84 questionnaires showed that management support and perceived usefulness had an influence on information system continuance intention. On the other hand, perceived ease of use through attitudes towards reusing showed no effect on intention. Among those variables, perceived usefulness is the strongest factor that influenced the intention to sustainably use the ICS among Ria Busana Chain Store employees.
