Kepemilikan psikologis merupakan sebuah fenomena yang melekat pada individu. Keberadaan kepemilikan psikologis pada dunia kerja perlu dipahami untuk menghindari dampak negatif yang bisa ditimbulkan, yang dalam hal ini adalah knowledge hiding. Mekanisme pengaruh tersebut bisa dijelaskan melalui territorial. Selain itu, komitmen afektif dan komitmen berkelanjutan memiliki peran penting terhadap mekanisme pengaruh kepemilikan psikologis terhadap knowledge hiding. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepeilikan psikologis terhadap knowledge hiding yang dimediassi oleh teritorial dan dimoderasi oleh komitmen afektif dan komitmen berkelanjutan. Pengujian dilakukan pada 181 karyawan bank bagian pemasaran di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi bertingkat, hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemilikan psikologis berengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge hiding. Teritorial memediasi secara penuh hubungan keduanya. Selain itu, komitmen afektif menurunkan pengaruh positif kepemilikan psikologis terhadap knowledge hiding, sedangkan komitmen berkalanjutan menunjukkan temuan yang menarik yaitu meningkatkan pengaruh kepemilikan psikologis terhadap knowledge hiding. Penelitian ini menunjukkan baha Teori Conservation of Resource (COR) dan teori teritorial dapat menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel.

Psychological ownership is a phenomenon attached in individuals. The existence of psychological ownership in the world of work needs to be understood to avoid the negative impacts that can be caused, which in this case is knowledge hiding. The mechanism of influence can be explained through territorial. In addition, affective commitment and continuance commitment have an important role in the mechanism of the influence of psychological ownership on knowledge hiding. This study examines the influence of psychological ownership on knowledge hiding that mediated by territorial and moderated by affective commitment and continuance commitment. The testing was carried out on 181 marketing bank employees in Indonesia. By using multilevel regression analysis, the results of the study show that psychological ownership has a positive and significant influence on knowledge hiding. Territorial fully mediates the relationship between the two. In addition, affective commitment decreases the positive influence of psychological ownership on knowledge hiding, while continuance commitment shows interesting findings, which is increasing the influence of psychological ownership on knowledge hiding. This research shows that the Conservation of Resource Theory (COR) and Territorial Theory can explain the influence between variables.
