Pengaruh Substitusi Tepung Ikan dengan Tepung Daun Kelor terhadap Kandungan Nutrien dan Kualitas Fisik Pakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung ikan dengan tepung daun kelor dalam pakan yang memberikan daya apung, water stability, tingkat kekerasan dan bulk density pakan tertinggi. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Pakan perlakuan berupa substitusi tepung ikan dengan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15% dengan menggunakan pakan komersial sebagai standar pakan. Parameter kualitas fisik pakan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Kandungan nutrien pakan perlakuan yaitu protein berkisar antara 26,81-31,72%, lemak berkisar antara 9,09-9,87%, air berkisar antara 8,76-9,16% dan abu berkisar antara 20,49-22,64%. Daya apung pakan tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebesar 0% yaitu 5,74+-0,28 detik. Water stability pakan tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebesar 15% yaitu 150,89+-2,94%. Tingkat kekerasan pakan tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebesar 10% yaitu 3.492,67+-94,00 g. Bulk density pakan tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebesar 10% yaitu 0,59+-0,01 g/cm3. Penggunaan substitusi tepung daun kelor dalam formulasi pakan terhadap kualitas fisik pakan yang paling baik yaitu berkisar antara 10-15%.

This study was aimed to determine the effect of fish meal substitution with moringa leaves meal in feed which gives buoyancy, water stability, hardness level and bulk density of feed. The experiment used Completely Randomized Design with four treatments and three replications. Feed treatment in the form of substitution of fish meal with moringa leaves meal as much as 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% by using commercial feed as feed standard. Parameter of physical quality of feed was analyzed by Analysis of Variance with 95% accuration level and followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The nutrient content of feed treatment is protein ranged between 26.81-32.49%, lipid ranged between 6.66-9.87%, water ranged between 8.70-9.16% and ash ranged between 9.32-22.64%. The highest buoyancy of feed was produced by substitution of moringa leaves meal substitution treatment of 0% which was 5.74+-0.28 seconds. The highest water stability of feed was produced by substitution of moringa leaves meal substitution treatment of 15% which was 150.89+-2.94%. The highest hardness of feed was produced by substitution of moringa leaves meal substitution treatment of 10% which was 3,492.67+-94.00 g. The highest bulk density of feed was produced by substitution of moringa leaves meal substitution treatment of 10% which was 0.59+-0.01 g/cm3. The use of substitute moringa leaves meal in the formulation of feed to the physical quality of feed is the best, ranging from 10-15%.
