PENGARUH INVESTASI PUBLIK DAN INVESTASI SWASTA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2011-2015

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh belanja modal, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan investasi swasta terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama periode tahun 2011-2015. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah periode 2011-2015. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan model Fixed Effect. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari belanja modal, DAK, dan investasi swasta. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel kontrol yaitu pertumbuhan penduduk. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. DAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Investasi swasta tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jawa Tengah.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Expenditures, Specialized Allocation Funds (DAK) and Private Investment on Economic Growth in the regency/municipality of the province of Central Java period 2011-2015. The data used in this study is secondary data from 35 regency/municipality in the province of Central Java during the period of 2011-2015. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression use Fixed Effect Model. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth. The independent variables in this study consist of capital expenditure, DAK, and private investment. This study also uses a control variable that is population growth. Regression results show that capital expenditure has negatif and significant effect on economic growth in the regency/municipality of Province of Central Java. DAK has positive and significant effect on economic growth in the regency/municipality of Province of Central Java. Private investment has insignificant effect on economic growth in the regency/municipality of Province of Central Java. Population growth has negative and significant effect on economic growth in regency/municipality of Province of Central Java.
