Aplikasi Android "Gamarc" Sebagai Pendukung Konsep Transportasi Hijau Sepeda Kampus - Studi Kasus UGM Yogyakarta

Konsep kampus hijau menuntut pengembangan lingkungan kampus yang minim akan dampak emisi karbon. Dalam hal ini, konsep educopolis di kampus UGM telah mencanangkan sebuah kawasan yang hijau, aman dari dampak lingkungan dan efisien dari penggunaan sumber daya. Transportasi hijau termasuk dalam penerapan konsep kampus hijau, moda utama yang dicanangkan pihak kampus yaitu fasilitas dan layanan sepeda kampus UGM. Program sepeda kampus telah diinisiasi dan diciptakan sejak tahun 2011 oleh pihak Kampus UGM. Dengan berbagai kendala yang melingkupinya, program ini terus dijalankan demi terciptanya lingkungan kampus hijau yang berkelanjutan. Program sepeda kampus UGM termasuk dalam Rencana induk pengembangan kampus (RIPK) Universitas Gadjah Mada 2005 - 2015 yang terarah pada pengembangan kawasan educopolis. Sepeda Kampus merupakan pengembangan lanjut dari Sepeda Hijau UGM yang diinisiasi pada tahun 2005 oleh Pusat Studi Pariwisata (PUSPAR). Pusat Studi Transportasi dan Logistik (PUSTRAL) dan Pusat Studi Lingkungan Hidup (PSLH). Telah terdapat sistem informasi sepeda kampus dalam bentuk website profil sepeda kampus UGM. Dalam praktiknya, prosedur peminjaman sepeda kampus masih menggunakan metode manual, yaitu peminjam mendatangi stasiun sepeda kampus dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas mahasiswa yang berlaku. Sistem informasi ini dirasakan kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan grafik pengunjung dan trafik sepeda kampus yang telah dicanangkan sebelumnya. Melihat kendala tersebut, perlu inisiatif untuk alih platform system informasi sepeda kampus dari bentuk website profil ke bentuk aplikasi android (android platform). Dalam pembuatan diagram alir beserta tabel – tabel pendukung sistem, diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan minat bersepeda kampus demi mewujudkan mobilitas hijau di lingkungan kampus UGM. Prosedur peminjaman sepeda kampus akan diarahkan menjadi system reservasi online, dimana pengembalian sepeda kampus nantinya menggunakan barcode scan sebagai tanda bukti pengembalian. Metode perancangan system akan menggunakan metode SDLC (Sistem Development Life Cycle) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis, design, implementasi dan pemeliharaan system. The green campus concept demands the development of low result of carbon emission result. In this case, educopolis concept at UGM campus has been set a green, safe and efficient of the using of resources. Green transportation is included in implementation of green campus concept, where the main mode is the bike facility and service of UGM campus. The bike campus program has been initiated and established since 2011 by the UGM campus. With all obstacles, the program continues to support the sustainable green campus. UGM campus bicycle program is included in the master plan of campus development (RIPK) Gadjah Mada University 2005 - 2015 which is focused on the development of educopolis area. Campus Bike is a development of UGM Green Bicycle which was initiated in 2005 by Center for Tourism Studies (PUSPAR). Center for Transportation and Logistics Studies (PUSTRAL) and Center for Environmental Studies (PSLH). There has been a campus bike information system in the form of UGM campus bike profile website. In practice, bicycle borrowing procedures still use manual methods, ie the borrower comes to the campus bike station by showing the applicable student ID. This information system is less effective in improving the graphics of visitors and campus bike traffic that has been declared before. Seeing this, it needs to be updated for the platform of the application platform. (Android platform). In making flowcharts with the tables supporting the system, it is expected this system can increase interest in campus learning in order to realize the green mobility in UGM campus environment. The campus bike lending procedure will be an online reservation system, where the campus bike rework and then use barcode scans as proof of return. System design method will use the method that’s called SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation and system.
